Need some GTA San Andreas advice

Right so i'm thinking of getting grand theft auto san andreas for the PC, but just wanted to know if it is good for the PC and is it worth 10£ has anybody got this game for the PC if so what is it like controlling the game with a keyboard also one more thing is the online mode built in or do you have to download it as a mod.

All I know is that GTA:SA is the best game of the range, and I think you can use your XBox controller on the PC aswell. I dont think there is an online feature in San Andreas but for a tenner, its worth every penny.

Im sure someone who has it on the PC will help you out anyway, mate.

All GTA games are properly ported to PC (released 6-9 months after they debut on console) and tend to have superior graphics. I've played San Andreas on PC and had no issues at all with it.

I thought GTA IV was equally brilliant, I'd have liked the driving to be a bit more like the older versions but the city was brilliant.

The GTAIV may have had amazing graphics, and a quality environment, but it didn't have something that GTA San Andreas was filled with - pure fun. GTASA was easily more entertaining and more enjoyable to play than GTAIV, there was more to the game. Property to buy, tattoos, low-riders, planes, countrysides, it had absolutely everything.

I've got San Andreas for the PC and it's a great buy at £20 let alone £10!! Not sure about the online mode but it's great controlling the game with a keyboard. I use the keyboard and mouse to control on foot and a joypad to control in a vehicle. It's actually far better this way then on a console! Shooting is so much more precise using a mouse than the console joystick.

I'd def recommend getting the game, you won't regret it!

In my opinion San Andreas pisses all over IV, as hunter said the graphics on GTA IV are beautiful but the game was soo over hyped, and i agree with hunter again it was never as fun & entertaining as san andreas was, after a while GTA IV just gets plain boring.

I didn't find San Andreas fun at all. some of the missions were good but i hated that you had to go to the gym and eat all the time, very stupid addition and i was glad they got rid of it.
