Found this over at Game Radar looks and sounds very interesting.

We always knew that Seabass, AKA PES producer Shingo Takatsuka, was serious about football. But with Pro Evolution Soccer 2008, he's more earnest than ever about the simulation's real-world ties.

And this extra-level of realism means, as Seabass tells PSM3 magazine in this month's issue, that gamers ought to be thinking outside their console boxes. PES shouldn't be played like a 'videogame', Seabass believes, as it's much closer to real, flowing football - and so needs constant tactical thought, rather than an approach that aims to 'beat' or 'break' the game's AI or programming.

Above you can see a fresh new screen from the game, taken during a match. There's even a picture-in-picture feature showing the bench - which again heightens the sense of realism, of a living, breathing team and management existing within the game.

Is anyone a member that can get more pics?

its ok having the bench an all but if all the staff look the same and the managers look poor it could be a bit of an anticlimax.

BELIEVE
Excellent finds Magono and Barry, I've physically drooling over the thought of Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 now. Not only does the pitch look much greener, cleaner and realistic in the shot Magono posted, the Menu looks top-notch presentation as well. Every single person has always known the only real area besides licensing where Konami couldn't compete with FIFA was the presentation of their Menu's and such. It really does seem as though Konami are giving it a real go this time with some new thought which is glad, they may feel ashamed to have released PES6 on the 360 since it was merely a half-finished game. Even the creator didn't really like it apparently, which is never a good sign.

The picture Barry posted is just the definition of sex-on-a-stick, seriously. Being a defender myself, I'm always pulling shirts it seems and to now have this addition in the game is giving me an erection. I do hope it's a controlled action though, whereby you choose whether to pull the opponents shirt and not just an automatic computer action as that would be more frustrating than anything.

Thanks guys, sent some Rep your way Magono, but the system is being silly and can't send you any Barry at the minute. I'll spread some and hit you back.

aye i noticed no fans too,but it is pes vs we united and an early build so hopefully they just havent added the crowd yet or something.random weather has me intrigued,so long as it doesnt happen everytime, its gotta be implemented well.and the bench thing does look quite good.even if its not that good this time its something else to build on within the series

BELIEVE
Have no fear, the spanking new screens are here:

As you can see from the first shot, there's a full crowd behind the bench! Seems true as well that Konami are extensively modifying the training system as we've never seen steel walls implemented before, everything looks so sexy. I'm getting excited!

Alright, Lets play "Spot the differences" game.

Top picture has 2 more options: Camera Type & Screen display during matches.
Top picture says 'Pause P1', bottom says 'Pause'.
Top picture has a darker, less visible radar.
Different player bars.
Top picture has no crowd.

The bottom screen maybe online since you can't alter the "Camera Type" and "Screen display during matches" ?
