What about the tons of official boots, lotto's, umbros??? they mean nothing right.

This is basics here, yes options file can change all that, but thats not the point, the point is, an option file is not a license imo.

In terms of licensing, the two games are not equal.

And I couldn't give a shit about what players are wearing on their feet. They could be wearing nothing, thats how much I actually care about boot licenses.

I suppose its all subjective though, you may enjoy playing manager mode as the worst team in Ukraine, or the best team in the Korean League :erm:

With regards to Bayern. They wernt on the list but a preview did say that previously unlicensed teams would be making a debut in this edition which could be Bayern but is more likely teams like North Korea etc.
