I've been following this thread for a while now picking up some tips. So I thought I'd share with you guys my ml team.
3rd season now, I chose to go Reading (random pick).. 1st season won the NPower championship, knocked out of the FA cup First round, 2nd season finished 6th and gained a Europa league place, again knocked out in the first round of the FA Cup.
Currently top in both Prem and Europa leagues (only 10 games gone in the season) still unbeaten in all comps too.
My team:
GK: Sergio Asjeno 86 (prone to errors but good)
RB: Marco Motta 85 (Bags of energy, great in an attacking style)
LB: J-A Fanchone 83 (Strong and fast, highly recommend)
CB: Palmieri 92 (everyone knows this guy)
CB: Kelly 76 (Reading original, very good)
RM: Arda Turan 84 (Set piece master)
LM: Elijero Elia 76-78? (Fast, not too strong though)
CM: Marek Hamsik 87 (The main man, Highly Recommend)
CM: Darren Gibson ?? (Bought him in the first season, surprisingly good)
SS: Nicolas Bendtner 84 (Good target man)
ST: Aleksandr Kerzhakov 82 (Scores goals for fun, had him since pes2009, best striker on the cheap by far)

I discovered that i'm a greedy son of a bitch in ML. Won the treble this year so got tons of high bids, just couldn't resist. Sold Bendtner (57,5 mio), Gibson (23,5 m), Varela (32,5), Schwartz (53 mio!!!), Fellaini (34 m), Nagatomo (36 m) and would have sold Veron if I hadn't fucked up in the negotiations. Sevilla offered me 64 m (!!).
I've realised I care more for my talented youngster when they are just that - youngsters. When they reach a certain skill and value they tend to annoy me with their high wages demands and the fact that they're holding young talent out of the team. So I sell them off clapping my small greedy hands.
The transferwindow salesmania have left with a balance well over 350 mio, and a wagebudget under 20 mio; this means that my finances are like 10+ even before the unacounted win bonusses. -- Of some reason running a healthy football business just appeal to me. I'm looking forward to see what the youthteam may hold of promising salesmaterial next year!

I'm now into my 3rd season as Leeds United.
First season finished bottom 6 of NPower Championship. This meant I didn't get to play in FA Cup following season.
In the second season, I started slowly but when on a great run towards the end, winning about 8 games out of 11. Bit too late though for promotion and I finished 5th. Good season for Sanchez Watt who won MVP and finished top of assist charts.
Just into third season and I am sitting at the top of the League after 6 games. Got dumped out of FA Cup by Cardiff (who are in Premiership) on Pens. Had just 1 defeat so far in League, away to Crystal Palace 2-1.
My team is starting to gel, after 2 years, and my money situation is good. I've comfortably been able to cover wages etc... each year and never dipped below £30 million in bank. Have upgraded my Coach but other than that, all the staff are still original.
Onto my current team. I haven't splashed the cash too much and most the signings have been quite shrewd. I play 4-1-1-2-2 and my team is below...
GK: Schemeichel (Superb 'keeper)
RB: Brayford (Signed from Derby in 2nd season, solid RB)
LB: C.Eriksen (I think he came from Rosenborg. Has produced some nice crosses)
CB: Collins (CPT) (Influence at the back, though can be a bit rash)
CB: Palmieri (Awesome, but his head has been turned & he's now unhappy)
DM: Osbourne (Came from Villa in 1st season. Has been superb in DM position)
CM: Andrezinho (Came in 1st season and scored some crackers. Can be a bit hit & miss)
LM: Snodgrass (Weighs in with a few goals and is consistent)
RM: Watt (Won MVP & just been included in new sponsor that he must play 30 games or more!!)
CF: Lacina Traore (Came in 2nd season Jan window. Powerhouse and leads the line)
CF: Anichebe (Record singing for £4mill. Just got his first goal after a slow start)
SUBS
Higgs, Basone, Connolly, Naylor, Bromby, Sam, Howson, Kilkenny, Johnson, White, Gradel, Becchio & G. Hooper
Aim for this season is to get into Premiership. I have also got to try and keep Palmieri although if we do go up a defensive overhaul maybe needed.

when I get the scout saying about a player that he developed quickly but will mantain for a very long time and he's 69 overall, age 18, is that good or bad? He's a good player for 18 years old, he's a central defender, called ramalho from athletico bilbao (I'm using pes edit patch 0.5.1, but I'm guessing it's the same). I probably should not buy him right?
And when I get a report saying that the player develops slowly but is a constant player. That means it is good or bad? He is age 20, 76 overall.

Around 10 games in my second season and I'm top of the table.

Palmieri is the best you can get in ML. Seeing as you're in D2, I can't recommend my favourites, such as Vermaelen and such.

I just sold zarate to chelsea for 43 million then got promoted to premiership my goalkeepers are nuer and james, defence is asnaldi shaqiri palmieri bamba palsehin mattsson schmidt tomecak iluczinca, midfield: munain mangani uretta - he's turning out to be fantastic, wijnaldum hazard resqiri jarolim- another great signing deco rozenquets peleaz shimizu kilbane strike force schwarz larrsson mouche cabelaard s.araujo ternablao not sure if I got more probably spelt names wrong my biggest regret is selling lukaku for 1.9 mil real madrid just bought him for 41 mil stupid pes update

I don't believe so no. He is in the youth team when you begin, yet he's usually way better than the players within the first team, and Palmieri is only about 17 years old. I don't believe he's a "reborn" player, but just a Konami 'fantasy' player quite like Shimizu etc.
These sorts of players I try to refrain from using when I can identify them, simply because I feel like it's cheating almost as they're 'guaranteed' to develop into greatness so the reward isn't as special as finding and developing a hidden gem.
I lost the CL final to Real Madrid ( i'm Barca btw =] )
I need a left footed attacking midfielder... Oezil or Sahin? who should i sign? Bringing a Real player to Barcelona seens strange... O.O

I too try to refrain from using such players!
However I could not help but purchase Matsumoto whom is probably a fake player as I was struggling in the league and I needed a young spark to motivate myself haha.
Anyways,I'm playing on the psp version which do not have youth team.

MF- shimizu (81), veron (82), hamsik (86), stoch (81), cant remember name but next player is a cm rated 78 at the age of 17, palaez (70) wijnaldum (77), shaqiri (77)
ST-carrol (77), shwarz (75), henry (72), sanogo (70)
