He is totally right there folks. I have spoken to someone else who prefers WE7 for this reason but said they prefer WE7 for this reason...

Anyway, i ordered my x-port just now. So yay for me! Bring on pes3!!!

does anyone know a good reason why they have taken the fevernova football out of pes3??i thought this looked really good in we7 and was one of the few good licenses we had, why remove it??

Ive only played pes3 on 60hz haven't tryed it on 50hz which i think would be slower if anything but its a lot smoother than we7 and the beta\demo and if it is faster its not much prob the same speed its deffo not to fast well not on 60hz anyway ;)

60hz option is better as this was the format i got used to in WE7. I played PES3 Rip on 50hz and it was pretty slow! Stick with 60hz!

I just played PES3 retail version tonight and I don't think there is anything wrong with it at all. I'll need a few more games to get used to it and figure out the differences though.

Lots of goals being scored by headers.
Paul Robinson's reaction stat is back up to 98!
There's no adidas logo for kit editing which is a shame. Editing seems to be almost identical to the beta except that Beckham isn't the model for all kit editing any more. And for the shirt name font, instead of 'name' it now says 'abcdefg'

No stutter whatsoever with the commentary set to full 3*.

Great news Zyg that you got it have ya patched it with the patch yet!!
I look forward to your findings your right about the headers but i wouldn't say there where really easy to score anyways post your findings after you have get it some bashing matey try a world cup on 5* and let me know how ya do ;)

I'd like to check out a patch for it but I have read that the current patch causes the game to crash in the kit edit mode. So I'll wait a bit till they fix this and release a new patch.

Scored my first Beckham free kick against Turkey. Sweet one! :cool:

Actually, all my matches at the moment are England V Turkey so....

Cheers Zyg i got 3-1 in on my frist and a couple of 2-0's after anyways how ya getting on with the final version mate lets here want ya think how many games have ya played .
The patch is pretty good i was playing it last night i think on 5* its not as easyer as a few ppl are making out.
Ive tried the demo conditions in the game 5min half ect ect same settings and find it harder than the demo even with the added better heading capability ;)

Yes, it is really mind boggling why they taken the fevernova footabll out of PES3. Wonder what kind of balls will be available.
I have seen some latest PES3 pictures (PC version). The ball is shaded blue and white. I think it will stand out even if we were to use the Wide Camera function. Can anyone confirm that this ball will be available in the PES3(PS2 version).

How do you know if your tv supports 60hz or not? :(

I've got an ancient TV (10 years of age - at least - and the manual is long gone) and with it I have experienced my screen going black and white when choosing the 60hz option.

Has it got something to do with my TV or is it simply a matter of technical attributes?

If your tv is over 10years of age i dont think it will play at 60hz for a start you need a rgb scart to transfer the picture in 60hz unless your tv auto's the signal only really new tvs have this feature , i do beleive you can get a pal/ntsc convertor but i think this only lets you play in colour the game will still be running at 50hz i think.
Best bet treat ya self to a new tv ;)
If it hasnt got a scart on the back it deffo dosent support 60hz even if it has it has to been a euro scart socket these are sometimes blue

Don't worry to much about balls , boots ect all can be patched into the game .
If they can have naked tarts handing cups over when ya win i woundn't worry to much about balls mate unless your own start swelling when lara croft hands ya the cup hehe :D

RGB Scart is bought in electronic-shops?

A 10 year old Panasonic 21" with antenna and one speaker, bet there aren't many of those around eh? :cool:
