[PC] PES 2009 SMoKE Patch 1.7

Hey dido, i've been trying too figure this out for abut a week now. Everytime i start a master league, it gets about 3 or 4 games into it then it crashes. And it does this no matter what team i use.

Any suggestions?

this shouldn't happen, im at my 6th season, did u do this step?:

*after installing, go to folder: (\kitserver\img\cv02.img) and delete this file: (unnamed_9.bin)

dido im looking to replace one of the championship teams emblem could you tell me which file is Peterborough as i want to replace them with my custom team because i have made their kit already just need to replace the emblem

the emblems are in bin files:

folder cv0a.img: Logos 128_5.bin AND Logos 64_6.bin

folder cv0f.img: Logos 128_1169.bin And Logos 64_1170.bin

hey there, thanks for the patch. i downloaded ibrox stadium from elsewhere, how would i go about putting it into your smoke patch sso it works in pes?

i tried copying the bin files into where celtic park and anfeld ect are but it wont work.

can you help a noob please?

this is a long discussion, i advise you to post a topic in discussion section of this website, this section is not for customize issues bro

(but to replace stadiums, be sure to delete old ones, and to have the same numbers for the bins, the name of stadiums and preview will not change)

In Master League I came across a player called Fernandinho Clara, but when you add him to your scout list or open negotiations, his last name changes to 'Clar?#???O'. The game then sees him as a different player than the original Clara and when you contract him there still is a Free Agent called Clara. This even goes the same way with other clubs, so there's three of them in my ML already.

yes, i congratulate you for finding that bug
it is because the name is too long for the game to accept, i added clara cause there is another Fernandinho in game, ofcourse to fix it is to rename to shorter name like Fernandinho C., ill include in the update 1.6.1

sorry about this Dido but i have another problem.

When i choose Arsenal, the faces are wrong. Under Walcott it has Nasri's face. Under Denilson it has Rosicky's face and Adebayor's White.

Have I installed it wrong?

If I have what do i do?

yes something is not installed correctly, all faces should be correct, be sure that the OPTION FILE (PES2009_EDIT01.bin) is in the right place, and be sure that it is loading correctly.

Pes 2009 option file error

ofcourse that is the problem, you should use the option file included, it wont work without it.

when ever i go on pes 2008 or pes 2009 when i want to start a new option file on my 16mb max memroy card then i put my name and press overwrite it says error failed data corrupted now i don't know what to do can you please help me please!!!

memory card? are we talking about PC or ps3?

Great patch! My game crashed too when I wanted to play with/against Wolfsburg... And after deleting the above file the game still crashes with Wolfsburg...

ok, i tested Wolfsburg in exhibition mode and it loaded normally, try doing this:

1. ensure you have used all elements from the patch. if it still crashes:
2. in the game, edit mode, select player (Simunek) and edit his hair back to default.
3. test Wolfsburg in exhibition mode and see if it loads normally.
4. if non of the above works, please send your file (ML save) to technical support to analyze the problem.

Very strange...

I don't have a ML save with Wolfsburg but it crashes in exhibition mode also with Simunek back to default... I'll wait for the next version and hope Wolfsburg will be fine then for me. Thanks for your support!
