assign DMZ, port mapping, configure NAT table and other router settings to the console.

You have to go to your router settings and forward port 5730 to your computer.QUOTE]

Start Menu -> Run -> type cmd -> press ENTER -> type ipconfig -> press ENTER -> find the address it identifies as the Default Gateway -> go to your web browser and type this address in, pressing ENTER at the end -> provide the appropriate password if you set one up -> you are now in your router's settings. All routers are different but you're looking for Port Forwarding, perhaps under something like Applications & Gaming.

i bought a usb pc converter to use my ps2 pad and at 1st it didnt work. so i thought that i had bought a shitty converter. but then i realised that it was my SETTINGS that are not working. when i change anything in settings it does not save them. i tried changing the resolution and the graphics from low to medium and still nothing. ive tried reinstalling the game but didnt work

You're in Vista. I know you are. Obviously if you're not I look stupid right about now. Right-click the Settings program and click "Run as administrator" which will allow you to use the application to save data to your drive.

sry but ure looking stupid. im in XP

You either don't have administrative privileges or you're in XP x64. The only other option is to make sure, if you haven't already, that you install to the default location in the hope that somehow works.

Having a problem with league, tried setting up playing english league as chelsea, with 4 players playing as one team. And the first match was against bolton, played it got to about 60-70 mins, and made a substituion, just as we clicked back to the game it crashed, just said program has stopped working and could not do anything but close the game.

Loaded it back up and played again, same thing, against bolton, got to same kinda time, made a sub, and happened again :S

Anyone experienced anything like this before? Or know a solution?

Have you tried having vsync on with a lower graphic detail? If so, was there any change in the behaviour of the graphics?

Alternatively, have you tried playing at a lower resolution to see if the problem changes at all?

OK - does that include trying a lower resolution which I've edited into my post but you perhaps haven't seen?

Aside from updated graphics drivers I'm slightly at a loss. The only other thing to adjust would be the refresh rate of your monitor which may or may not remove the line from the middle of the screen.

well i tried all the resolutions with all the quality options.no change.i can only change from 60hz to 75 hz.i tried that but no change

Try 60hz with the lowest graphic detail setting and vsync off. There's no reason at all you should get the line with low graphics and if you do, I'm slightly stumped...which I appear to be in any case.

The graphics card you have should easily be able to handle the low graphics detail setting.

sure i don't get that line anymore but now i don't know if i get more than 20 fps.works really bad.
you know...i could play on 1280x1024 and high details with vsync enabled and i get 60 fps but i have that delay.reaaaaally strange.

If you get no line but low FPS at 60hz, low and vysnc off, start fiddling. 75hz and see what happens. If the effect is undesirable, back to 60hz and then vsync on. It is, unfortunately, going to be the only way unless someone else comes up with something I'm clearly missing.
