OKRASS - I agree with Micho and with all the points he listed ...that is basically all aspect of the game. The only part that missing is the AI which also needs fixing. So in summary PES 2012 was not a good release for many.
I also agree that Seabass has overstayed his welcome at Konami. It is obvious to many that he has no clue how to rejuvenate the PES series back to where it once was.......the best footie game in the world.
There are more negative threads this year and these seem to attract more attention ...which evidently shows the disgust most of us feel with this new release/direction of PES.
Peace.

1) The speed thing is something that has to be balanced more I agree, the problem is that in trying to show individuality KONAMI have gone over the top on the players that have high agility, responsiveness etc. This again is a very delicate thing to balance, to show the gulf between someone like Bale for example who is lightening quick, has brilliant reflexes and can dribble at speed and someone like Carragher for example there has to be a visual and user feel that the players are totally different, and to do this you need to have the stats relatively wide apart. The trouble is trying to fit this into the context of game speed. Online is a joke ad you are more or less made to play in certainway, on top of the Real/Barce players all having mesmeric player stats the game speed anyway is still too fast, so marry these into each other and what you have, online at least, is some kind of lightening speedball game.
KONAMI really need to spend more time in evaluating players stats, and for the loss of a little individuality need to tone down some of the top players stats.
Dribbling - agree it's too easy to generally run about and dribble, the lack of any concentration with regards to control and first touch isn't great, but I feel the dribbling system in taking people on with the use of speed bursts and momentum is sound.
Goal keeping - not sure offline Jenkey's the keepers are excellent
Marking - no problems here
Offside strategy - err, never use it, I like to play relatively deep
Cursor - no problems
Stamina - agreed, especially online. Anyone sprint whoring should see huge decreases in performance very quickly. There is little or no incentive to use strategy online and wear the opposition down because conversely the more they run about and sprint whore and the more you pass the ball the more YOUR players get fked...what's that all about.
Offline - There should be a little more attention to detail to the CPU stamina drain, but generally I find the pressure from the CPU offline relatively fair. For example when I play against Chelsea I know they will pressure high up the pitch and use their three strikers to put my defenders/goaly under pressure, but the trade off is their high line can see me play an aerial game and go long against them. I also find pressure in the right context good, I find the game better when I am having to react to the opposition pressure rather than them parking the bus.
Tackling and shooting - Perfect. The defensive system this year is second to none with the jockeying/tackling/positioning being an at form - if Seabass makes this easier next year for the noobs who can't play the game, then I'l cry. Shooting, I find it perfect. Just see my goal variety and the CPU. (This is a modded 1.02 mind, with Jenkey's).
- Seabass....live..for the moment. Jury is still out, For me it's quite simple what KONAMI needs to do and that is get all these modders and patch makers on the forums, get them on the payroll and thrash out the game for PES 2013. Get people like Chimps to work exclusively on the stats, get Jenkey's input into the gameplay mechanics, and get al the other brilliant mods specialising in their fields, like graphics, stadiums, online, etc etc.
BUT...they won't do that, it's just too simple, so they'll probably give us a half baked game instead and play test the thing for five minutes which they normally do.
I still say PES on the PC highly modded is the best football experience I've ever had, but can understand people's frustrations that the out of the box game isn't up to the mark.
