With that in mind, it makes little sense playing any iteration bar PES6 on the PS2.

The best they have done on the next gen are the promo videos that they have used to trick many fans to think that its actual game play...
I have tried explaining that most games do this. Spectacular videos to intro the games...

It's about time konami made the fox engine. It promises to be multiplatform, dynamic (usable in different types of games and easy to make)and scalable. It is also said that a tweaked fox engine would be used for pes 2014 and onwards; one year of new engine on the ps3/xbox 360.

Some good news for ps3 players at least - you can now group copy all those pesky OF files instead of copying each one individually!

Hallelujah! Transferring all the files over - one by one - for my option file for PES 12 was a bastard and half.
