I'm quite pleased with the sound of PES 2015's edit mode. But fortunately for me, I've not really played PES 2014, and I'll be buying PES 2015 on the Xbox 360. Now, if I were to own an Xbox One, and had I already been familiar with last year's PES, I maybe disappointed, as it would probably feel like a step back in terms of editing - but part of the responsibility of that lies with Microsoft and Sony it seems, although some fresh kit templates may have helped a little.
I'm a little disappointed that we have a Stadium Editor rather than Creator - as creating your own stadium from scratch, especially for your own personal ML club was a wonderful touch. However the downside to it was of course only having around 15-20 stadium slots to save your designs. So fingers crossed we're given a bit more freedom in this area at least, especially if implementing team-specific banners around the ground (unless that belongs to a completely different section within the edit mode).
Overall though, taking into account I'll be getting PES 2015 on the Xbox 360, and having not played last year's game, this is going to feel completely fresh - right down to the edit mode and kit templates for me. Roll on November 13th!
