PES 2016 news!

As far as I can tell then option file sharing is a no- go on PS4 at least. It will be importing kit images files one by one, which I'll take happily after last year.

I've not read much about live updates. What are the chances of a day one patch for transfers? Previous years suggest this will take weeks, unless anyone has read anything different...?

If there isnt a day one update for transfers, then that is incredible, and not in a good way. You dont release a game of this magnitude, one which is based on seasons, with out of date teams.

I just downloaded the day one update. Don't know what it updated though because the game is still locked until 12:00AM. It was ~76mb.

And who needs that stuff? Nobody cares about teams like Qarabag, Galatasaray or Maccabi, instead Konami should spare the money for BS like that and get the licenses for BL and PL..

EA has a contract with the Bundesliga and PES can only licence three of those teams every year.
I think it's quite strange to ask for something like this, because I doubt a huge company like EA would ever allow that to happen.

If you don't think so, you should ask 2K about NFL games, cause they've been completely taken out by EA(and the NFL) on that one even though they had the better game.

Just watching some gameplay videos with the Premier League kits added, it looks amazing. Why couldn't Konami and MS sort something out on XB1!?!? Arghh!

I think Microsoft and EA are "quite in bed" given all that extra stuff they add for this platform on fifa.

The only way to have option file portable through the ps4, is to email Konami headquarters!
Do not waste time talking to Bhatti, he isn't a dev, that guy is just a cover for pes2016.

If we all send emails to Konami headquarters, they will listen for sure.

I think Microsoft and EA are "quite in bed" given all that extra stuff they add for this platform on fifa.

The same goes for PES and Playstation, I'm not a fan of console exclusive content for sports games. The fact that pre ordering the damn game digitally was exclusively for PSN really takes the piss.

But what if Konami coded it in away that you were able to share a EDIT file. Not your typical EDIT file but an in-game EDIT file that could be shared.

So you have the typical base EDIT file tied to the system as is now.

Then you have an additional EDIT_Cust (Custom) that is in-game and shareable.

If other games have work arounds, surely Konami can implement a workaround.

NBA2K has in-game online roster share SINCE YEARS! not even need to plug a f***** USB in. You can just sit back and load a full roster with custom faces and strips in seconds!

are they blind or deaf or what?! Should not be such a big problem to implement something like this.

I'm going to tell you right now after messing around with Master League for a good 3 hours that a OPTION FILE is a must. Just way too many fake players, duplicate players, free top players and german league players like Nani, Reus, and Sneijder and going to random low end clubs very cheaply. And I don't have time to go through every national team and edit names nor build German League teams, and Fix duplicate players.

I'm not sure about that. More so, Fake Tim Howard(HANKFER) on the US and the real Tim Howard on Everton. And all the made up players in the fake leagues. It really ruins Master League.:no:

There's only 4 teams licensed from the Argentina league this year.

Fake Tim Howard(HANKFER) on the US and the real Tim Howard on Everton.

Every fake NT player from fake NTs that is present in a club with real players (Bale, Ashley Williams, Howard, etc) will be duplicated, but one is name correctly and the other some strange shit. Their stats will be the same however.

What a joke, how can a company get the gameplay so great, but completely overlook other parts of the game, its not as if its a bug, or they missed one or two, they simply have not touched it, for the past 2 weeks people have been saying that there better be a day one patch, Konami should of there and then got a team on it, a small team doing full time editing to get it up to date (which should be standard) would get it done in a day or two

Konami(Japan) --> Sony(Japan)

Seems like both companies keep their alliances close to their territory.

I've ordered it from Amazon. They's sent it today, so maybe I'll get it a day earlier(Germany) then the actual release date.

I'm not worried about the transfers. I know that will be done sooner or later. It's the fake teams, fake players, duplicate players, non opinion file ability is what's going to kill this game. The gameplay can be amazing but grow stale fast when you play against players with names like HYGHJFCBU and see the fake Tim Howard sign with AC Milan.
