I was hoping to use it in order to recreate my base BAL player after applying patch 1.1. I can confirm that for me on Windows XP, the editor does not load.

I immediately found the BAL player stats in save game files yesterday but if I adjust any of them even by a single digit, the save won't load. Strangely, if I then change it back to its original value, the save will starting loading again. If I work out where the validation is, I'll try and code an editor or something. Don't hold your breath though.

you need net framework if im not mistaken. after that run program select your save edit save thats it.

my player legend hasn't any position !!

The editor doesn't run for me so I'm sure its the same for many others.
