The commentary! They need to get rid of John Champion, he's really getting on my balls!

Also the players blocking off balls and random wayward passing makes the game more realistic and slightly more difficult, though it does get annoying when it happens too often.

I got my PES2011 yesterday, a day early, hell yeah. I am still holding back slightly - the last three years make me want to be absolutely sure - but I think this may well be the best PES ever. It's probably getting my vote anyway.

Seriously, ISS Pro Evolution Soccer was fucking insane, remember seeing the game on a gameshow (cybergame or some shit like that) at 3am in the morning and thinking......boy, thats the shit, and the graphics were heavy for their time. That was the game that started it all for me. (PS. when i got it, I HATED IT, cos i was used to fifa on ps2, but i kept at it)

After that, it's PES3, I think the only reason people chat so much about Pes 5 and Pes 6 was because thats when they started playing pro evolution soccer games.

Pes 6 had a fundamental change in it with the placement shot, for that, i prefer it to pes 5, maybe the gameplay is not as balanced, I have to say, I still have pes 5 somewhere, put it in, the gamespeed was way better, it seems a little more tactical also, not sure.

Definitive game of this generation for me so far was Fifa 09, although I keep hearing fifa 08 is the best game in terms of proper football.
