Just played a game with Rangers against Arsenal and at the start Brackley said nothing then versus...Arsenal..You know the way it was when the call name wasn't in. So that's making me think one of the problems could be the callnames but that wouldn't change the team names, would it?

Sorry for the double post but I've got the team names etc working.
The likeness of players is very dissappointing though. If it took so long to make this patch, it wouldn't of hurt to spend a little more time getting things like skin colours right.
Overall though, great patch.

Could do with a new title screen but I'm sure you can add your own.
It's a PC patch, there's a PS2 one around somewhere.
As for this version, it's quite lazy in some parts. Has the potential to be an outstanding patch if not for some omissions. Some strips still have the fluoresent colours on, meaning they have to be changed manually. The call names for players who have been put into the game have been left the same as the player they used to be. Mind you, they only get heard when the sound isn't screwing up and going on an annoyingly continuous loop throughout the whole game.
Even the names on the back of the strips haven't changed.
Is it just a biased against the Scottish teams? There's more in Britain than just England..
And I've mentioned the lack of player likeness elsewhere, again, not great to look at.
This patch is excellent don't get me wrong, but as long as it took, I'm sure a little more time to get it bang on wouldn't have hurt.

How do you use the allstar teams? I cant find them anywhere :S
Hi guys, ive managed to install the main patch but there doesnt seem to be an option file, readme or new pes4.exe file included with the main britishteams download. I'm not installing the sound files. Just wondered if someone could link me to these or if i've done something wrong?

I have finally installed the Main patch. I can see the Evo Web and have detected the jerseys have been changed.
However the player names' are not updated. I do not know what when wrong. Eg. Oldham has replaced AC Milan. But I can find the entire AC Milan players in Oldham team list.
Appreciate if someone could advise me what to do next. I have not installed the Call Names/Sound the 2nd and 3rd part of the program. Could that be the problem?

After many attempts, I have successfully downloaded this fantastic patch. Just want to say thanks to Biker Jim and those who have spent their time creating this patch. It has certainly given a whole new life to PES4. Suddenly I have stopped playing WE8 L/E arguably the best soccer game in the world. With this patch I have started off at the lowest league with 3 imported players, objective to clinch promotion to a higher league(ultimate destination the Premier League). I am now into my 8th match, position 12 and I ‘m loving every minute of it. Sure hope to see this patch updated every year. Thanks again

However, i have one question regarding the call names - are all the club team names represented as when i have played with/against some teams the computer just says blank vs blank?
