How good is Celtic gonna be this game?
Hopefully, with Nakamura playing for the Celts, that would work in our favour.
Another question, is there gonna be hooped jerseys? PES 4 didn't have that hooped strips, but that barely mattered. Just wondering...

With the ingame editor of pes5, you can pretty much create thousands of different shirts, so you can probably make the hoop thingy as well.

Hoops are included, but you won't need them for Celtic, though, as they are fully liscenced. I found a picture of the shirt editor over at pesfan.com HERE

all im gunna say is pro 5 is beutiful i dnt care wat pple say about how its not as fast frankly its just all better. my first goal was a 40 yard carlos free kick and that just set me up nicely the vollies are definately the best thing about playin pro. wish stamford bridge had black nets tho.

Yeh, what is the issue with the Dutch team? They never get the names right (orangesXXX) and the appearances are weak. Even Fifa (don't know about 06) doesn't have the Netherlands in it! Does anyone know why this is?

The real players are all at big clubs so you can just call them up in place of the imposters. Weren't van Nistelrooy's and Robben's names available for commentary last year via their clubs?

Yes u can make the hoop thing but only on club teams, national kits u can only make logo and things on the chest area. For the hoop just use the letter o and make it the right size.

When playin the game you cant see the linesman, but when theres an offside call it will show the linesman with his flag up.

You got it right there!!!! The KNVB (Dutch FA) isn't giving permission to use the real names. They probably want too much money for it.....so sad.

Yeah, the whole of the world's best teams have theirselves licensed, the KNVB is just a disgrace(or the internationals themselves).

Before you now little kids will meet RvN or Kluivert in real life and call them Kluibaard and Van Mistelpooy too.

They were yes. You can go to the edit mode and transfer players from the club teams (where they have real names and faces) to the Holland team (where even the faces of the players are not correct).

Yes that's possible, but the 2 players play on 1 playstation.

Just read the other post where you asked the question, and Zyg replied to. It was in the betatest of pes5, and it played fine (great fun btw) So I doubt they are gonna leave this option out the final version.
PS: It's very hard to play on your own against 2 other people who are experienced in playing 2gether.

On the same track - i have a chipped Slim to allow me to play an imported WE9, however I cannot get online with Tiger Woods receive DNAS Error (-402) im concerned that i wont be abe to play pes5 online - any ideas?

I did a search for wide and 16:9 with no results, so i was wandering if someone could tell me if the game supports 16:9 or not (the pal ver of 4 didnt)

You can easily play online. Just buy Pes5 in a shop, put in in your playstation and go online.
