mate i got this patch but som reason it changes all my premier league kits 2 the chelsea kit. so everyteam has the chelsea strip instead of ther own, do u have any ideas ? cos i'm lost :p

install the game then put the patch on. this has happened before its something else that has been put on before this patch. so it doesn't work properly untill you start fresh.

Only the kits n team names dont work for me.
1) How to make sure "the param_data_27.bin installed for cv_1.img"?
2) I dont see the "map" file (Program Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2008\kitserver\GDB\uni\map.txt )

The scoreboard works fine in english text, haven't tested other languages but in spanish it comes out wrong, the "black box" scoreboard issue. Switch the text to english and it works. I've done this to great success on other computers too.

With that said, How do I revert to the original scoreboard? I want to restore it because it doesn't look good in lower resolutions, particularly the font chosen for the numbers. My video card isn't great and to play it in all detail I choose to set it at 720x480.

Can somebody be so kind as to tell me what bin files do I need to restore from the original cv_0.img to revert to the original scoreboard?
(The ESPN logo in the replay is fine)

dont try messing around with the patch too much if it doesnt work... i did that and i wasted time. the easiet thing to do is just reinstall the game and the patch should work fine

Thanks for the clear instructions. I noticed whilst playing that the ESPN score box was empty but that the scores were halfway across the screen. Any idea on how to cure this. Apart from that, a fantastic patch.

when i install the patch everything works but when i go to a saved master league file all the changes are not there. does that mean everytime i install a new patch it wont effect my saved game files? or is there somthing i am missing?

i insall pes 2008 patch and i follow the instructions, but when i try to play, it says "either the file is damaged or was not correctly installed.Please uninstall before installing again" then i try use the backup files, but it says me the same warning. what i'm supposed to do?

have you tried downloading patch again

did you install pes from scratch
