New update 9.4 available on the first post! One more preview of next weekend's update 10.

Updates over 20 national team kits thanks to Paul2478 and adds a huge amount of new youth players into the game including all the fake Master New players for Europe edited into real life 16 year old young players w/o a club in the game.

Is it safe to start a ML with this update?

Yes but probably nit until Thursday because coursework has overtaken my life again. I believe all WC kits are updated now thanks to the beast himself Paul2478 except for Bosnia. It is safe to start a ML with it yes I've only got accessories left really to update for update 10 which will carry over to existing master league files. And you're very welcome I enjoy making it which how I find the time to do it always.

Thank you for the translation. Of course getting 6 teams in other Latin America teams happen naturally when I changed the number of teams in PLA League down to 18 for Liga Postobon.

In response to your questions

1. If you mean the upcoming dlc on Thursday then yeah if it does mess things up I may be able to just barley drag out the motivation to fix the mess Konami makes a third time but it won't be fair I will be very disappointed and extremely frustrated if they punish me again it's just not fair that they ruin my hard work with their dlc. There is a good chance no damage will be done however and officialpes hinted there won't be so fingers crossed.

2. Yes I had them all corrected in 9.2 I think and have 9.4 out now. I also mentioned you in the credits section for helping out.

7yoy hello I wanted to ask if you could kindly let me edit a file with 6 teams in Latin and other teams if you could do 22 teams in the league PIII ie the b series because I wanted to create the series b Italian sorry to bother you but would you do me a great favor ... whatever your answer. equally thanks you really are a phenomenon patch like yours I've never seen

You're welcome. Unfortunately a 22 team PIII league is impossible and is limited to 18 teams but getting 6 teams in other American clubs is easy you just go to edit league structure in edit mode and select PLA league. Then you can reduce the number of teams in PLA league to as low as 12 and the teams that are removed fall into other Latin America teams for you.
