bought the new official playstation mag today n its a very good read but in there something caught my eye regarding winning 11 / PES on PS3, it said that seabass was working on ways of using the sixaxis pad to do dribbling and feints! i put my two pennies in say that they should also use it for goalies saving penalties.

You can even turn the PS3 on/off with the controller so you'll never have to touch your PS£, just keep PES 7 :erm: in your disc tray and all you have to do is use the controller...and turn your TV on :)

you can see a demo of it starting with the pad on you tube, type in psm3, also a video showing the loading screen.

john4: theres two flying games that ive seen (warhark and a dragon thing) where the pad controls in the air, also a tennis game where flicking the pad up (throwing the ball into the air) then rotating it down (smashing the ball) as part of the serving mechanisms .

PS3 is infact not faster, as loading a game from the start-up screen takes around 15 seconds.

Graphics are not supirior tothe 360 as look at comparisons of Ridge Racer 6 on the 360 and Ridge Racer 7 on the PS3 and other games on both platforms, I can clearly state that the 360 has better graphics.

On the PS3 you cannot play custom tracks while playing games, you cannot send or recieve Voice/Text/Game invites while in a Game. You cannot download in the background. You have to have seperate friends list in somegames, meaning you will have to change your GamerTag in some games.

Need I go on?

Gears of War is one game, have you seen the graphics for fight night (http://uk.media.ps3.ign.com/media/748/748455/imgs_1.html) virtua fighter 5, F1, MGS4, Motorstorm, Resistance or heavenly sword?

n all those other things can easliy be changed via a firmware update.

n i'll add another thing when you add everything up, the 360 is the same price if not more expensive than the PS3.

which 360 game has 40 players online (with no lag by the way)?

rumble was an awesome feature in certain games but rumble doesnt add to the gameplay whereas sixaxis does and will add to the gameplay, i aint heard 1 developer say that they dont like it or that they wont use it. by next summer no one will be going on about rumble missing from the pad.

lest we forget this thread is about how konami can use the PS3 pad in future games/

hmmmm.i get a feeling that ps3 wont be online for free.people think the ps2 is but only certain games,i no you ahve too pay for socom,or at least had too.also you must buy the best deal for ps3 to get wifi enabled and the best packages comparison is something like
x360 now £290 or around there,
ps3 £550 or around there.
also not everyone plays online so not everyone will need the adapter or too pay for live.
also i no that i will never use the 20gb hard drive.
cant you upgrade the 360 hard drive?if not sell the 20gb and buy a bigger one.

i am happy with 360,i feel that it is decent value for money.
