Hello everyone,

so I got some problems with this DLC 5. When I try to edit the league structure in the w!ld editor, the changes do not apply in the game. Everything looks like default. I also changed the option from "default" to "edit". With the DLC 4 there was no problems with moving the teams to an another league.

Then I selected this "remove fake players" option. After that I moved all the fake players with "^2" to the fake teams, so they won't show up in the game anymore. Can I edit or create a new player over them, without having problems?

Take you all in advance.

hi guys, im trying to convert a pc patch into an ps3 version. Any idea where can i find the EDIT.bin file of the pc patch?

This is the patch im trying to convert

http://www.razor-edit.com/2013/04/msl-2013-patch-v44-update.html

I think the patch even contains ACL in it. So if i can managed to at least convert it's edit.bin to make it work on ps3, it could potentially be an awesome addition to the ps3 option file variety!

Any help will be greatly appreciated. :)

In the editor folder, there's a config file (in text format) called "editor.exe" - you open that in Notepad, and you have to change the lines

<add key="countOfExtraTeamsInOptionFile" value="0" />

Change the 0. The highest number can be 284. It's just so you can read PC patches with more teams added etc. - it doesn't affect console versions of the game (except the J-League DLC thing) and

<add key="loadExtraTeamsWitInGameIdEqaulsToZero" value="false" />

Needs the value changed to "true" - then you save the config file and re-open the editor. As I say, there isn't really any benefit when it comes to editing the console EDIT.bin file.

But your plans - what console do you have, and where are you based? If I could get Winning Eleven (as well as the Japanese DLC) working on my UK Xbox, I'd do that next year. I know there have been tutorial videos for getting the DLC working on a UK PS3 (in the Japanese PlayStation Store, with a Japanese copy of WE2013) but yeah. I assume that's what you did?
hi mate I did that configuration changes and now I can see the libertadores dlc 5 teams but they are empty, I cant see the players, I m able to put them in pes league for example and the game dont freeze...but the squads of that teams apears as ireland national team squads in the edit section (or something like that)

and when i chose that tems to play all the players are called " not registered" and the kits are gone they were all white! do you have any idea? but the teams names and emblems remain ok...

i change the 2 lines you said in the config file. Did I forgot to do something???

thanks in advance for your help

The Copa Libertadores teams aren't stored in the EDIT.bin file. There is another file that contains all of the teams - and I'm pretty sure the ones you can see are the 2012 squads anyway. You'd need to export and import all of the players you'd want and the kit config files you'd need to copy after reading the Libertadores .bin in Barcafan's Ultimate Editor. My advice would be to avoid trying to use them if you can't export everything you need first!

existe la manera de que utilizando el wild editor se puedan colocar botas, que no esten en el juego.

there is a way that using the editor can be placed wild boots, that are not in the game.

I think the easiest way would be to find a blank OF or something, and then re-import over the player. It's a shame there's no default option for players in the editor - it couldn't be that hard to do considering how easy it is once you load the game up.

I have found a solution for the mess DLC 5.00 creates.

If you open your file with Wildeditor there is a option to change the DLC compatibility to 5.00.

Look in the list up to the left there is a option to use "DLC Change". Just change to 5.00 and have the DLC installed on your PS3 when inputting your changed editfile and your game will be updated without any messing with your rosters/players.

Don't know if it works for 100 % yet but my brother tried this last night with my OF and by the looks of it nothing got changed with my OF when doing it this way.

Enjoy!

It may work, but for me as soon as I entered edit mode it loaded all the default squads again :no:

That sounded strange. Wonder if it depends on weather you had a optionfile installed before applying the DLC or not.

We just updated the game to DLC 5.00, changed my OF to 5.00 and then just inputted my whole file with emblems, scans etc. And it works fine for him.

Myself haven't even dared to try yet. And I am not more motivated doing it when you tell me this, Paul
