I don't think it'll be £299 as they've said. I imagine they'll drop the price to compete with the new X box but apparently Microsoft are releasing the new Halo at the same time as the release of Ps3, I know what I'll be buying though.

No X-Box 360 for me. I'd rather wait a while longer for the PS3, I don't mind waiting 6 months or whatever it'll be. It'll be worth it.

I have just seen a price of £254 for a PS3 in an industry magazine. Not bad. I payed about £299 for my PS2 when it was released (with 2 games). So this price is very good considering what you get for the price. Thats about 3500SEK for any Swedes reading this that can't be bothered to work it out!

In a newspaper I saw PS3 priced around £200 pounds, but I think it must be more than that when it comes out.

just read that its 35 times faster than the ps2, thats unbelievable, i can probably cook and everything now and with the blue ray discs, games are gonna be huge, pes will be amazing, imagine having all the top division teams in europe and south america with about 100 stadiums or more, i think i'll wait for that to come out
