UPDATE: VERSION 2 DP2 VERSIONS NOW AVAILABLE (SEE BELOW)
So here we are - VERSION 2 (DP2 EDITION) of my Best of Everything (BOE) option file. You've got two download options... Make sure you pick the right one!
There are also some other minor fixes, including new duplicate fixes (inexplicably, Konami have added two versions of some players).
Here's the list of changes:
CREDITS:
Cristiano92 for his wonderful DFL option file (including the Bundesliga), which I have used as the base for this, paul2478 for providing some of the stats that went into that file, valencia5 for his work on fixing duplicates and creating a log of his findings, Dorumagesu116 for creating the J-League, erzo77 for translating the first J-League file (and providing BIN files for other teams too), decoupe for pointing out a lot of additional duplicates and for translating the second J-League file, angeltorero for his national team fixes, nicoultras for his banner text and rivalry data amongst other things, R8cha for creating the MLS, Krebstar (of Operation Sports) for providing tactics info, Glen (of PESWorld) for giving permission for me to include their kits which I'm really grateful for, 4N63L and carrasco1live (Twitter name) for the remaining kits (of which there was a lot), and Larkylarkinho for his Championship stadium photos.

PROBLEMS?
If you have any issues, please reply to this thread and I'll look into them. I won't have as much free time from now, but should there be any duplicate issues that apply to everyone, I'll look at some kind of fix (if you use a "live update", I can't provide support, as your issues will be different from other people).
DONATIONS
The release of DP2 has been a bit of a disaster for option-file makers. For no reason, it appears to force a Live Update on you, and mess around with everything you had installed. Sorting this as accurately as possible has involved 10-hour stints of writing out entire leagues' squads and cross-checking with Wikipedia and Football Manager. - STANDALONE - Download this if you have a fresh PES 2017 and DP2 installation, and you haven't got any option files installed.
- UPDATE - If you still have BOE v2 and v2 Fix 1 downloaded on your PC, install them again post-DP2 installation (following the instructions), then install this.
There are also some other minor fixes, including new duplicate fixes (inexplicably, Konami have added two versions of some players).

- Fixes to allow DP2 faces to appear
- Fixes to the Brazilian league, which was wrecked by DP2
- More duplicates removed and names corrected (spreadsheet provided)
- AC Milan manager photo added

Some quick (boring) notes about the new release (see above)...
Brazil has been majorly messed up by DP2, with loads of players becoming either unlicensed or licensed. This meant having to reset and unassign previously edited players (who then disappeared from the database), and replace them with the newly licensed players (sitting in the free agents pool with no indication as to where they belonged).
I'm sure what I've done won't be perfect, but I haven't done a quick fix - I've looked into every squad in detail to figure out what I need to do, even going as far as to type up a database of each player in the league, and each Brazilian player in the free agents pool, trying to connect the dots. I've even updated the team selections.
As I said, it isn't perfect - at least one player belongs to a team where there is no room in the squad (the goalkeeper Follmann), and squad numbers aren't updated - but I've done the very best that I can do. Should you find any errors, feel free to report them, or even release your own fixes, or addons.
About 2,000 free agents have been deleted by Konami, and there is no easy way to restore them post-DP2, sadly.
Previous ML saves will work fine (and will be compatible with the new release), though I'm not sure if the new stadiums will appear. New ML saves will be missing all those free agents. Either way, thanks Konami... Again, I've done the best I can do and that's all I can do...

I have one question though, if I had the option file installed (including fix) and then I installed DP2, Will I have to reinstall the OF and then apply the fix? Or can I just apply this fix right away?

Good question. It's a nightmare explaining this now that DP2 has made it so complicated.
In your scenario, you need to reinstall what you already had installed (BOE v2 and v2 Fix 1) before then installing the DP2 fix.
If you have deleted those downloads, though, you can just download the "complete" DP2 update instead.

Great work Chris! Is decoupe still working on the MLS compatibility fix for the update on R8cha's base?
I am still working on it. After the dp2 was applied too many of the players become missing. Referring to my old database record, around 600 to 700 are missing. I had no choice but to reinstall the whole option file again. Most of the mls players are back but duplicates exists like 2 Howard and such. Luckily I have previous record to look at and hopefully it will be a quick job. For the Brazil League I just install NETOVISKI option file which seem to solve most of the players issue there. I will try install Chris Brazil version today and see if there is a difference.

I installed everything with the MLS edit on top and I'm not noticing any duplicates from there other than Villa and Pirlo.
E. Alvarado from the Honduran national team plays for Sporting KC. G. Pelle from Italy plays for Shandong Luneng.
There are still some fake free agents. Lucienbonnet, M. Teixeira, S. Allah and probably some others.
But overall, great job Chris. I'll look more into things tomorrow after work. Some of the MLS markings are incorrect even after I installed the update. Sporting KC's GK has black markings instead of white. RSL also has an issue with their primary kit. Sporting KC has the wrong player numbers. Something to look into decoupe.

Most of the duplicate are from the NT. I will have to base copy the one in the MLS over the real player with the fake faces. I will try finish it asap. This update is too time consuming. Konami should not force players to update. I would happily keep the previous file.

Didn't notice them duplicated in the file I've just released (I'm guessing it's your MLS update doing that), but I'll check tonight.
These are great, thank you - if anyone else spots anything, let me know and I can release another fix. (I'm just glad Brazil is no longer a mess, it took three 10-hour shifts to sort it out.)
That's right. If you're starting from scratch, delete everything, install PES 2017, then DP2, then the standalone DP2 BOE. Thanks!

I am not the most technically minded person so have often bought FIFA in the past as i wasn't aware of the possibilities these option files gave you. Thank god i realised, iv'e played PES both this year and last year and its head and shoulders above FIFA. It also seems to attract an audience with a certain level of intelligence, which is always a bonus given the majority of FIFA's target audience!
Massive thank you to all the guys that make this happen as this game, along with this OF is BEAUTIFUL!

I just reinstall them (BOE v2 and v2 Fix 1) on top of my actual PES? No need to delete edit data and images? and then I install this fix?

Hi. Firstly great work with the option file. I'm a bit confused because Bayern Munich have no original players in the roster. That whole group doesn't including the other teams like Celtic. As well as the J League players. So anyway, I was going to import the Bayern players to the team via the national squads and there's no Ribery, Martinez or Alonso.
I just bought the game and fired it up for the first time. Did I maybe miss something. Sorry for the hassle. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have the last version of your OF, pre fix, do I reinstall both the full file and the fix?
Do I need to erase everything an start again or just re run the original OF and the fix?

When you say you have the last version, do you mean downloaded on your PC, or installed? And when you say "pre fix", do you mean pre-fix or pre-DP2-fix?
(This is so complicated now.)
