So we've had time to play PES, judge it accordingly and determine this years collection of rubbish "good" players - that is, footballers who are someway decent in real life but appear to be complete crap in PES.

I've already complained about Martins, but he is actually decent in PES. I will nominate Darren Bent though, he is utter tripe.
Yaya Toure is a real letdown as well for me. He seems almost Donkey-like.

anybody seen Jo's stats of man city? just take a look and you will laugh. as far as im concerned he is at least fairly decent and should have a minimum of 87top speed 85 accel if not more coz if nothing he is quite quick. on the game he has a bout 4 stats above 80

It can be safe to say that Konami have ridiculously underestimated Nemanja Vidic's heading ability. In real-life it's obvious that Vidic is a pure monster in the aerial battle, but on PES 2009, Konami seem to think that Paul Scholes poses more of a threat in the air. :lol:

lol its been like that regarding Vidic for some time. Can u imagine they only gave him the Marking special ability now? And apparently despite the huge amount of terrific sliding tackles he's made, they don't see fit to give him the Sliding special ability.

ive always felt sorry for vidic in the game, his defensive partner Rio has got the stats off a god and he is a peasant. lol.

Park is a workhorse. Yes he is that good. Not looked at all his stats, but in real life he's pretty quick, a decent passer and an earnest tackler. Shooting is a bit wayward though :erm:

Well I'm a Man Utd supporter and to me Berbatov at the moment looks quite slow. But in the game he is really fast!

I would like to see big Kevin Davies with higher strength & heading abilities as he's constantly winning headers against most defenders.

I feel Ronaldinho is a let down, his stats still look good but i just dont like playing with him, maybe it's just me though.

Then there's some other players like: Santacroce (defense only at 60 or 70), Giovinco (he should be quicker). There are more. Much more.

Just kidding. Otherwise though, Berbatov and Tevez had terrible shooting stats, and Ronaldinho has no stamina (probably fair enough atm) and absolutely no body balance (really not fair).

Also Cristiano Ronaldo's Shooting was only about 80, despite him scoring 42 goals last season. Seems a bit off.

I think all the Man U and Barca players have really low stats... the England ones too...

Or I may be being a tad sarcastic there...
