the good players on the game are still far to easy to use which is why i tend to be weaker teams, speed is still to much of an important factor in the game

Fernando Torres, is nothing compared to the player we watch every week in the Prem, he is average on PES at best, so unrealistic! Why is this?? Torres is phenomenal in real life!

I think it's Konami's tradition to overrate Japanese and (South) Korean players in game. Fair enough I'd say.

Also Cristiano Ronaldo's Shooting was only about 80, despite him scoring 42 goals last season. Seems a bit off.

He got most of his goals due to his positioning and cutting into the box. That said, a stat a little higher than 80 would be more appropriate.

And, he does not deserve 97 (I believe that's it) for attack. That should be in the mid 80s.

Ronaldo's shooting should be in the 60's if we're being honest. Ok, so he scored shitloads of goals last year... but look how many he missed!!

Yeah, but you can quantify that by putting shot power & technique high 90's. Able to shoot from anywhere & with a lot of power, just not that accurate. I'd say that was fair.

Ronaldo's stats shoot up fast too. His attack attribute is 99 on mine now.

I agree. PES's ratings are too general.

ie say a player is 25 on the game. They take his overall stats, and as he gets better, all his stats go up in proportion. And when he is reborn, all his stats go down to a low level in proportion to each other. This isn't right. Generally, a young player will be faster and have better stamina than the same guy at 30 years. However, things like positioning and technical ability should improve over time, even when the player's overall stats are starting to go down.

Similarly, with lesser teams like Stoke, when played against Arsenal, basically every single stat for Arsenal is better, but in real life, Stoke have a physical advantage, but because a player is overall not as good as someone else, doesn't mean he can't be excellent at something like body balance.

I would like to see big Kevin Davies with higher strength & heading abilities as he's constantly winning headers against most defenders.

I feel Ronaldinho is a let down, his stats still look good but i just dont like playing with him, maybe it's just me though.

yeah i had some problems with Dinho at first, he's awkward to play with as a support striker cus he never runs into scoring positions, but hes still ace as an AM. Just run at the opposition or use him to slide through balls in.

i share your pain i have the same problem. though eduardo seems like the only useful player on the arsenal team. apart from him the rest are terrible.
