Well lads got my copy this morning so I will fill you in about the game because theres a lot of bullshit coming from other members how shit it is when clearly they don't have a clue. see you inabit.

The game is fine, yes there are slowdown issues etc but that's not during gameplay, only during replays or a cutscene etc. When you're playing against someone it's absolutely fine.
The only other downside is that the online play hasn't been sorted out properly yet so it's a bit laggy and could get quite annoying, but again is decently playable if you both have good Internet.
There's only little bits and pieces that need touching up in the game but other than that it's fantastic. Gameplay has a new feel to it, player edit mode is cool because they've put quite a lot more detail into player faces etc, some look hilarious but others look excellent.
Atm 8/10 but once the issues are sorted out it'll be atleast a 9.

As more and more people are getting the game (Been reading the PS3 official forum too) there all saying the slowdowns are in the replays etc. and that the gameplay is fine.
I just watched 3 videos aswel over at Pro-G of gameplay footage for the PS3, and I noticed it twice during gameplay, but very minimial, not even as bad as PES6 PS2 version playing on PS3, but it was very evident during the replays.
So I'm little bit more excited now for tomorrow!
Also, regarding the online issue, over at the PS3 official forum site someone posted a response from Konami and they said their working on a fix for the online lag.
Nothing about the offline slowdown/framerate issue was mentioned though.
