I'm confused myself, as I don't have an order there. They should tell people if they're changing the price. Anyway, the info I have from another forum-

"Just a warning for anyone who's pre-ordered the PS3 version from Shopto -- they've sneaked the price up to £37.99 just as they're about to despatch them, which also affects your pre-order price. Comes as absoloutely no surprise to me that those cunts would pull such a cheap trick to scam people out of more money."

"They say on their site they'll inform you beforehand and give you an option to cancel your order, but I've had nothing from them, and my pre-order is sitting there at £37.99 currently."

Doesn't matter if they hadn't taken the money beforehand, you agreed a price and the deal has to be done at that price.

They're a shit company anyway.

this is totally unfair for you others who have pre ordered and now face a higher price, You should ask the boss on the forums whats going on.

I have got charged 29.99 and I pre-ordered 6 weeks ago.

Its quite clear that those who ordered early have got the first batch of the game. and the late orders have gone through for the final pre-orders but they can't fulfill them and now they have upped the price which they can do so via there t&c's

We would like to inform you that due to delivery problems, you pre-order will be dispatched tomorrow via Royal Mail and as you are away, Royal Mail is not 100% guaranteed for day after delivery and therefore there is a possibility that you may not receive the game on Friday in time for release.

Please note that ShopTo will not be held accountable for any deliveries that do not turn up on the release date, this is because as soon as the stock is picked up by Royal Mail, it is in their hands.

I think your right with that to be honest.

I'm not gonna cancel my order tho for a sake of a couple of days waiting, as its still £30, which is cheapest price ive seen.

mines processing from shopto, if it doesnt come through by 2mo then im just gunna buy it from work, then when my shopto version comes through, i'll take that back 2 work and get a refund :D
