I still love playing as Ken though...

Balrog I think is pretty shit aswell, can't really seem to do anything with him other than single punches

The online mode is filled with to many Ken/Ryu fanboys imo not much variety in online opponents

Any tactics that seem to work against him? In my opinion, i think they should take throws out of the game completely...Seth only uses four different moves against me! and two of them are throws!

Make sure to throw block and always press down twice when you've been hit hard to get back up much faster other than take to the air and never grab him after the first round its not worth it

I recommend spending a lot of time in practise mode to learn how to do supers and ultras on call. That makes beating Seth easier.
