I don't know about others but when we play 4-2-3-1 without Barn it seems more difficult than the 4-3-1-2, think the width in the former lends itself to a lot of crossing which is less effective without the deformed monster up top.

i feel like we get the ball sent through our defenders constantly. When I was playing LB i was appalled that our CPU CBs are split apart so far from each other. The LCB kept squeezing me to the touchline and I had not moved forward with the attack.

a few times I marked an attacker coming through the middle and chased him to our goal just hoping a pass was not made. CPU LCB was nowhere to be found. Then I felt that I began to compensate by moving slightly towards center but was leaving the left flank wide open.

Sorry I left randomly last night. Whole town had a power cut and it didn't come back for like an hour and a half then all shut off again till the early morning. You probably didn't miss me but I enjoyed playing RDM - Might even change my player from CAM to DM and learn to defend improve my general positioning.

i changed my pro from AM to DM, although im shit at tactical defending, i seem to do better in that position

Broke out tonight and got the fifa 14, I'm a lil rusty but wouldn't mind having a few club games with you lot if you'll ave me some nights.

Gamestop were doing this thing where I can bring it back with in 30 days of the PS4 release version and upgrade it for just €15, was a no brainer really.

I was struggling to make simple passes last night. I don't get it. My VP would over-hit passes, even though I tapped pass. The worst one was when someone was a few feet away from me and I thumped it across the floor for a throw in.

Been pleased with my former the last few days. Got the game very late last year so was always playing catch up. I think with my goalscoring record recently I should not be forced to left back so often:folarm:

Well, my clubs debut was decent, but not amazing. I had a few good games, but went missing in others. One frustrating thing was the amount of teams that just hoof the ball over the defenders every time. Lobbed through balls are far too good on this game. Difficult for the defence to cope with at times.

What's the easiest way to improve my PRO? Noticed some of you guys are in the 80's, rating wise.

It's in memory of a great man. Teale was a CPU generated player who scored a 50 yarder in a match after the opposition goalie went up for a corner, a true PESGaming legend. I think he also scored another important goal for us.

If you have any credits then you can buy stats improvements through the EAS FC catalogue. You earn credits when you do various things in games i.e. you get 7 credits if you get man of the match in a game.

Yeah it was serious. :biggrin:

PES does something like that, I believe. Magical boots that give your players a minor attribute boost in certain areas. Quite a few sports games do it, in fact... eg Top Spin 4.

Did you guys stay on for much longer after I left last night?

Same. I moved from Under Armour to Nike, but played better with the former. Maybe there were/are hidden abilities.
