I've thought that at times, wondered if there's a way to have switched on the moronic defending add-in. The CPU defending at times is just unfathomable.

It was good to see IronCity make his debut last night. I thought he did alright considering it was his first time and his VP is still only rated 69. We had some good results but unfortunately the CPU really fucked us over on several occasions. I still can't believe they got a free kick for our GK handling it outside the area which only happened because he had to shift round one of the opposition players who was on the ground. The GK didn't improve on this however as in a game later on he showed us his Superman impression. Twice. If it wasn't bad enough that he came flying out for the ball and completely missed once, he went and did it again after we had just brought the game back to 1-2.

I had fun; pulled my best impression of Fernando Torres by just hiding at moments to not make mistakes. My primary objective, get rid of the ball. Missed a chance at a header goal because I couldn't find my player until the last second, and too timid on what should have been a shot instead of a pass. One really poor turnover pass that kept me awake. You guys work it pretty good up front.

I've experienced that just the once. I'm rarely in the penalty area and was shocked to see my intended tap-in to go flying out of the stadium.

Considering we won the game 7-0 I think it was appropriate, against a team with a human GK too. Who needs Barn and Sweey eh?

So, does clubs still happen with any sort of regularity?

I'm finally going to make a concerted effort to actually play this game, having owned it for quite a few months and barely taken it out of the box.

Will people be on tonight? Let's be honest - after four days of Jubilee festivities what we all really want is some football.

I am Mr. Once in a While because of the time difference but I know those fellas are kicking away quite regularly.

I am still having troubled sleep over my Pro missing the net wide on 4 shots the last time I played.

I spent 12 minutes in the arena the other day - I timed it - and my Pro was unable to find the net once.

I'm not kidding. There should be a separate arena for my Pro where he can just practice winning headers unchallenged and slide-tackling a stationary, unmanned football.
