Hans Tilkowski? He played for Germany in WC 66 (Maier got injured during the WC but he was anyway just reserve goalkeeper). In WC 70 Maier was first choice (Tilkowski's career in NT ended in 1967).

no, maier was relegated because that GK was considered to be better! many people don't know him however

I remember you talked/mentioned him in this topic on a discussion about german GK ladders, and I'm almost sure gurkenjoe93 placed him on the top three. also other thing: on the beggining of the description on his stats on PCSD they say "and he relegated Maier to the bench. Yes, he was that good" or something like this. but don't lose too much time thinking about him, lets develop some patches :D

Fiorentina is complete since monday, but it only has 3/4 faces. do you want it anyway?

Hans-Jürgen Dörner is the answer. Got abit sentimental so I inputted him in the Germany NT as sweeper (Beckenbauer is at the other Classic Germany team)

In the future the original Germany team may be a Classic East Germany instead.

Haven't decided yet!
