PSV? Only Gullit played for PSV, the other two guys played for Ajax
Regarding the Milan squad I suggest to put Maldini as a CB and Schnellinger as a sideback. Schnellinger is the best leftback Milan ever had and as Maldini was a great CB too so that there's no need to put him on the left side.

I've established a rule to prevent such scenarios: duplicates only for players that still play but that are also on the AS teams. too bad

Paolo Maldini: the son
Cesare Maldini: the father
this is also be the way they are ingame

I used Homer's scan for Paolo as they were all alike when Cesare was young, and used the colour abb. Only.
Then I created Cesare from that using Stilian Petrov hairstyle!

just perfect. I'm using Homer's scan too, but I might swap it for a build. the scan is perfect but I prefer the looks of faces built ingame rather than scan faces.
