I started as a Brazilian striker with 53 rating (Shooting Star), playing in Rio Ave FC of Portugal. Scored 7 goals in first 22 matches.

I hate that you don't get to choose the league anymore. I mean, if you create an English player, it's much more realistic to start in an English club than, say, Roda JC.

About 1/3 through my 3rd season and things are... varied.

I ended last season on an awful note. Several 6.0 matches in a row, eventually being sidlined for the last 5 games altogether. Started the next season by bouncing between the stands and the starting line-up at PSG, mixing great games with absolute shit. Eventually, I found my form and now have several 7.0-8.0 matches back to back.

I was selected as forward of the year, which was odd. Sounds a bit early for it, also considering I ended last season like shit. I guess the criteria is a good average rating, and I had a 7.0 average, so maybe thats why.

Looking forward to improving further and winning another French double, and maybe even some european glory if we're lucky.

Still no national team callup :( They insist on using Benzema and Giroud. But one of these days...

Started out with a 57 rating and now it is 69. Paris Saint-Germain has 13 training points right now, so I'm improving like hell.

hmm how do you normally go with matches where u start in bench? normally when ive just started on the team i go on them but when ive already started and its just about a bad rating on last match or smth i just rage-skip them lmao, i hate the 2x speed system, its still too slow (like if anybody watched the match.. i just minimize...)

hm...

ive spent like 2 hours to get a high rating...
however, the highest i got is 69....

anyone got higher than 70?

and after 2 hours, somehow, whenever i got above 67, either responsiveness or body balance is usually below 61...

finally, i gave up.. and got me a shooting star SS... with 65 rating.
signed for rayo.. got me a 7.0 in friendly (no goal, no assist)
and 7.5 for the 1st la liga game vs villareal (no goal, 1 assist, 1 yellow)
and 5.5 for the 2nd la liga game vs real madrid (no goal, no assist)

and yes.. the shooting sucks! (eventhough, my shooting accuracy: 76)

Practice on using R2 after you've loaded up the shot, that way you can aim it manually. Works wonders.

My players shooting accuracy is 90 (he started with like 83) and my shots are pretty shitty unless I use the manual aim.

Started playing this mode again , but after signing for utd and staying with them for a season i was desperate to move.UTD are shit on this game!It just annoys me there's so many changes each match with so many players out of possession.I managed to be a regular starter in the England team in the first season and despite hardly playing for UTD towards my second season because i always skipped the training matchews i was always a regular starter for England.
It's a bit fucking silly that you have loads of shitty international friendlies during the season, then you have all your world cup qualifying matches at the end of the season.Scored in every match in the qualifiers and getting like 7 and above in every match..It's a bit annoying playing for England though because i'm always the lone striker and the wingers ,Rooney and Lennon mainly, drop so deep .Even on Superstar what i've been playing on from the start , i think it's so much easier BAL this year.
I think it's a bit to easy to get game time. When your on the bench you nearly all the time get on at the start of the second half despite how well the man your replacing has performed.I'm in my third season after skipping most of my year with UTD and signed for Juventus.I wanted to join a Champions league Spanish club but Valencia eventually rejected me and the only other club was Malaga who wanted me but i didn't want to sign for them so i signed for Juve in a bit of desperation to get away from Utd's shitness.
UTD lost about 10 matches at old trafford.
The funniest thing though was Arsenal won the league:lmao:

Atleast you're getting selected for the national team :( Haven't been picked yet, and I've been averaging between 6.8 and 7.2 every season.

I played it on Top Player, choose to be LW (don't do that!!!). Most of the teams doesn't play wings.. so I kept playing as FW :p. Played 1 season, will have to start again to fix that, I'll wait for the DLC.

I'm getting a small gripe with the way the manager rates you.

I played in two league games and scored a single goal in both, whilst having an average game. Got rated 6.5 (a little unfair in my eyes) and got a sizeable decrease in manager rating. Alright, sucks, but let's just move on.

That led to a starting place in the training match agains't Fenerbache where I scored FOUR goals and had a tremendous showing. Got rated at 7.5 (I deserved an 8) and LOST a little in manager rating. Seriously?

Is the manager accepting nothing more than diamonds at this point, or what?

What's the highest ratings you guys have had? Mine is 8.5.Is it even possible to get higher than 8.5 you think?I doubt it particular on top player or superstar difficulty.
Ravex thats strange how you haven't been picked for internationals yet.

Who's been winning the Balondors in your game?
First season Messi won it, then Maicon and Ronaldo just won this year.I wonder what overall rating you need to get to win it.

you don't need to have ahigh overall rating to win it, you need to score a lot ogf goals in the uefa cl

Maybe manager rating is almost at maximum and you must perform very well to keep it that high?

Well, I was ranked highest in the team, but not by a lot. I was hovering at around 60% of a full bar, and Hoarau and Gamerio were just behind me at around 55% of a full bar.

Anyway, I made the move to Italy and Juventus during the January window because I wanted to get into a big team, with high aspirations and a good amount of training points as quick as possible. Having a good time so far, with a re-birthed Alessandro Del Piero next to me in attack (he's 17 years old with an 85 average - insane).

Will probably stay at Juventus for a few years.

Name: L. Neto
Positions: SA
Overall: 69 (Key stats: 84 Top Speed, 84 Dribble Speed, 81 Pass Accuracy)
Country: Portugal
Age: 18
Clubs so far: Vitesse, Manchester United
Current Club: Manchester United

Played a whole season on Vitesse, scored 17 goals in 29 games, sent my manager to talk with Man.U, and got a 606k salary offer :w00t.

Didn't play yet, saved on the first season's training game, will play later tonight. I expect this to be much harder now.

Still hoping to get called into the National team, although it will be hard since there is no SA's in Portugal's starting 11...

On a second note, the training points difference from Vitesse to the all-migthy Man.U, I am improving stats so quickly now. I expect to hit 76+ overall by the end of this season, only upped from 67 to 68 on Vitesse

Are there any teams that have more training points than Man.U?

Not had the best start to my Juve career performance wise but i've been scoring a lot.7 of those goals for Juve this year have been headed goals.I always seem to put in world class performances every time i play for England.
@the above poster i fucking hated my time with Man Utd.
Has anyone managed a 7.0 or above rating playing a full season on superstar yet?

It changes over the course of your game. Most top teams have 14 or more. The highest I've seen yet is Milan who had 19. But as I said, it changes, more often than not improving when you join a new team (I know for a fact that PSG didn't have 14 before I joined them).

I had 8 at De Graafschap, 11 at Benfica, 14 at Paris Saint-Germain and now 15 at Juventus.

Ah, I see. Thanks for the heads up. :)

Well anyway, I am so happy in Man. U. I'm improving greatly thanks to the massive training points, scored in my debut match, and scored 3 goals so far in 6 games. Currently struggling with Berbatov for that place alongside Rooney.

Something I really enjoy now is that Man. U actually has decent teamwork, and can produce very nice counter-attacks, Vitesse wasn't so good at this.

On a second note, it's so much harder to break trough defences now. In Eredevise, a few step-overs and R2 speed runs were enough to create danger, but in Premier League I can barely move 10ft without having someone right near me.

It still annoys me that I haven't been called to the national team :realmad:
