so i just sold my players and bought current and former milan players, pretty damn awesome decision as i seem to rediscovered a little bit of joy from the game as i beat all these ronaldo messi people 4-5 goals every game with sheva and gilardino scoring all my goals=)

personally i find substitutes really important, because i don't like to play players that are blue or purple,so i pretty much have a substitute for every position just in case,also bringing on a substitute around 70 mins in to a game is crucial especially when you're chasing a win, you'll notice a big difference between your substitute and your other players,of course the difference between their stats could not be too big,so like me right now, i got shevchenko and gilardino up front, with inzaghi and pato as subs

ok but i said it pretty much as a "rule"! the only way to success is this. NO subs and improving starting 11. It is like a textbook.

Totally disagree. Subs are an important part of a team. Reds and oranges for me, and yess i will make changes before kick-off, Pazzini out, Kerhzakov in!!!

20 man squad and growing to 24 i think. 2 GK a MUST :)

2) i didn't say "play as i say" what i said is "if you want to get where i am "play as i suggest" if you want to be mediocre you can play as you enjoy!

Chill people lets not start fighting.
Personally I play the game for the entertainment and not to be the best, I haven't the time or inclination to get to the top. (but I've got no problem if that's what other people want to achieve)
Take this week for example, I got promoted to Div 4 last week and spent the entire week wondering why my players seem to have lost control of their bodily functions (if the programing allowed it i'm sure Joe Hart would have had a little puddle of wee at his feet all week).
I mean i've gone from winning a fair few games 2 and 3 nil, to loosing almost every game over the week and getting relegated back to div5 with a shocking points tally of 395. Maybe its just me and i'm really crap at the game but u can be sure I'll be back on tonight to give it another bash, from now on the only way is up! :)

Oops almost forgot. Too anyone that's had the misfortune of playing me this week, yes i did get a little bit mardy and at a few points just hacked away at your player. Sorry, I apologise!

don't forget that the form arrows and the general condition of the players + their morale is greatly affected by the recent results. Now, add to that your bad morale after some bad results...

hey Amiga73- finally someone I've actually played woohoo! I remember because of your tag-I said "Daddy!" and you seemed to get confused! Am I really that sad that I got excited when I saw someone I'd played?! Yes? Ok then..!

Managed to get enough to get Xabi Alonso instead of L Diarra in mid and his expert passing is working out nicely, almost like a quarterback, I'm enjoying it. In Div 2 and doing well, should get promotion soon and my win over 50% hopefully.

Didn't know recent results affected morale but it makes sene I guess, plus do other people have runs of game when they keep losing or winning no matter what they do? Guess it works then if that is true?

On the (very contentious it seems!) subs issue, I have a player for each position (Fwd, Mid and Def) who is competent across all the positions in that area and has good form so it cover me for all but the worst arrows- the only time I'm b*ggered is if Martins gets the purple arrow of death as I've yet to find a striker who can win a game like he can for me.
