The 'How are you doing in MLO' thread

So spent the best part of the weekend continuing to play MLO and a few things sprang to mind.

1) The matchmaking system is utter crap - Today there were at least 3000 people looking for quick matches, and yet in 3 matches it matched me against some guy in D5 who had the default team (poor him) and 2 people in D3 and D2 respectively (poor me im in D4) I refuse to believe that there was no one from D4 looking for a game...

2) The server stability is crap - Today it lost connection at least twice, had numerous ''an error occurred' messages when trying to start a game, of the 3 hours I played today I must have easily spent 1 hour trying to connect or staring at a loading screen, and when they did connect I was dealing with heavy lag.

3) People suck - yeah I said it, most people still persist playing stupid long ball tactics to the wings and trying to rob your defense, then theres the people who persist watching boring replays, then the people who continually comment on boring events and those who play pathetic game killing formations that reduce the game to a farce, some matches have been great even when I lost, but most are tiresome.

4) Despite all the above im somewhat addicted to it weirdly

5) How the f*** do you join competitions? It says (for instance) next comp at 14.45 so you wait till 14.35 and check it again and it says 'next comp at 15.45' can people fill them up before the alloted time? And if so whens the earliest you can join one? Oh and can you in theory lose money if you dont do very well?

5) If u want to join the comp at 14.35, go to comp at 14.35 or after 14.35, it says the next comp an hour before the "now" comp. You cant join before 14.35..

Yes, I ve mentioned it on previous post..Its on ps3 though..that guy now has 90 mill asset, 1400 matches..lmao..thats like 11 days playing without rest..No sleep or life whatsoever..lol..I monitored him daily, n he gained more than 10 mill a day, has more than one account..

lol i just played him today in the ml open coach mode, his team is pretty much done, got all the ronaldo messi pato ronaldinho puyol,absolute joke, i dont even know how he does it

I beat him on ml open coach mode 1-0..lmao..cassilas, ramos, puyol, dani alves, gerrard too..if hes not banned after I sent the ticket, Im done with it..and his backup accounts as well, i_milton_segura and whatever segura..lol

I have replaced Ivarov with the very reliable Coupet 81 rating with 7 in form and he has been an absolute rock for me.
He hasnt made once single mistake now in almost 300 games played.
(Ivarov made one big mistake every other game)

Turned my team from 36 wins in 100 games to 65 wins in 100 games with him beeing the only change in those 200 games.

It should be said I almost only play coach mode and have a hell of a stellar team since I'm closing in on 1000 games played. (Yes, last coupple of weeks I've had had VERY little to do except PES. (Bedridden duh to an injury))

Abate - 79

My first two big signings were Abate and Bale and having really qualitly 2 way SB's have been crucial.
Also both Toulalan, Luis Garcia and Inzagi have been real monsters and are delivering way above there 79 rating.
I play an hard possession game with only 4 in player support. (The slider that decides the pace of your attacking-game) and usually see the ball possession end up over 60%.

But as you can see, that is quite the team and yet before I got myself a proper Goalkeeper I only managed to scrape out a winprocent of 36%.
The usuall senario beeing Ivarov "giving" (rebound) the ball to an enemy forward in the 80'th+ minute making the match a draw.

3 5 2 has worked well for me, gignac has scored 27 goals in 39 games, Krul has played the most, nearly 300 games, he's been awesome in goal.

well yea i guess, im using a 3m goalie with 1on1 keeper
but irarov play pretty well sometimes probably he's the best in his price range
so i would rather spend money on my defense line

btw lyc10 hopefully we can finish our match next time

and the guy whos no.1 on asset ranking has raised 40m in one day and get 80m asset now, how the hell he did that? i've play with him once but he has disconnected in the middle of the game, is it possible to make money by this method?

Got promoted to div 2 today . Played 3 other div 2 players and just passed them of the park . If people put the same amount of effort figuring out every way how to abuse the flaws in this game and learnt how to play football and be creative they would be much better players. It's funny these type of players play the same game in game out and score the same goals because people seem scared to try something different,so resort to there same lame attacking skills.

Here's my complete team now ,just going too buy bench players now.

I replaced Ivarov with a LESSER keeper, and he does just as good if you know what stats to look for.

got promoted to D2, and have won one game in 9 since, every other D2 player has a team worth 50-60million+ with Ronaldo. Rooney. Drogba. Essien. Gerrard etc...
I still have default SB's, and Donkey Ivarov, Can really tell hes awful know in goal...

Only benifit so far has been Ive got through to the final 16 of 3 D2 cup and you get 400,000 for making knock out stage, made over 2million this evening. ^_^ Ivarov will be replaced sooner rather then later, but who to replace him with...

I'm stuck in Divison 5 for the minute, don't have much time so putting it on coach mode with some desperation to try and get Javier Hernandez. But when i have time, then i'll get promoted.

haha thay was so lucky, but i got eliminated by the time bug at next phase the dick head keep pausing during the game and wait till times up ( i wonder why he is so sure he got higher ranking than i do at qualifying phase, mayb he got no.1 or 2 i guess?)

and yea i've played another game with you last night but got cut off in the middle of the game due to the server:realmad:anyways hopefully will see you tonight again
