There's absolutley nothing about TimeSplitters 3 on the internet! If there is gonna be footage on channel 268 I won't be able to see it cos I've got NTL Digital not Sky!

Now here's a game I would absolutely LOVE to see on the 360 and PS3.

I used to absolutely love playing them.

Crazy game, freakishly weird playing this as a young kid, especially with the monkeys, carcasses etc. Online play with PS3 would ruin us all.

I think, it could be better and more enjoyable than COD's online gameplay. The cartoonish style would take some of the uber-macho competitiveness that COD has.

What a tremendous point. Agree 100%. Online play would be excellent, as the multiplayer was generally superb with Timesplitters. Also I thought the single player gameplay was marvellous and hugely enjoyable.

A new timesplitters game would be amazing.

I had 1 and 2, never bothered with 3 for some reason. Maybe it didn't do it for me anymore.

At one point I had traded in all other games and only owned a copy of Timesplitters 2. It was all I ever needed.

Frighteningly similar to me. For a hell of a long time on my old PS2, I only had PES and Timesplitters 2 and very venture out of my bedroom. Good times.

Good times indeed.

That chinese level was my favourite. The one with the back alley, and the chef's kitchen. That level was awesome.

I loved the little 'acheivements' if you will, that the game had. I wonder why they didn't make the step up to HD :/

The chefs kitchen was brilliant. I used to spend bloody ages in there making sure I shot every last bit of crockery on show.

A quick note on that level actually, when playing on multiplayer my friend (also called Adam) used to hide under the fucking bridge and when I ran across it would jump out and kill me. Bastard.

Haha yeah that was a good hiding place.

I don't seem to recall any other levels, even though there were loads :\

The only other one I sort of remember is the one in like a canyon, and then you went through some doors and you were in like an alien spacecraft or summat :/ That was a good level.

Might just reconsider taking a PS2 to Uni now. With PES5 and Timesplitters, along with a few more classics.

Yeah I'm the same actually, I'm struggling to remember other levels/maps.

Having said that, I did play that Chinese one to death. There was the Egyptian style one in the tomb if I recall and the opening one in Siberia, I loved that, taking those two guards out with the sniper rifle. Brilliant game.

I'm happy to see other people with fond memories. Underrated by way too many, and dismissed because of its 'unrealistic' graphics.

Single player was good (albeit the plot went out the window), but multiplayer was in a class of its own. I only ever once managed to get 4 people together to play on the same console, but man was it worth it. So much customisation, about 15 maps, 12 modes, 20 weapons. What's not to like about hurling bricks at each other while playing virus in the Nightclub?

I hope Crytek UK is still making number 4. It'd be a massive shame if it was ditched. Just imagine how awesome the map maker could be alone.
