Tragic Year For Football Games

Except my graphics quality was set to the highest possible at 1680x1050 which is the way I play all games unless they force me to lower the quality slightly on things.

Fair enough. Just wondered, that's all.

Wow, this is the first time i wander into this area, and I think I may just back out and never come back.......

If you don't like either games then don't play them. PES 2006 is still one of the best fottie experiences around so that is saying something.

Get that game out of the bin, trade it in and get a new game you gash.

PES 5 is my all time fav PES. PES 6 was great but i think the series peaked at PES 5. If my memory serves me correctly the long balls were superb in PES 5.

I'd love to play it again actually and see how it'd stand up next to PES 2010?

I don't get what all the fuss about Pes 6 is about. It was the 1st in the series when Konami started removing more than adding thus going downhill. Pes 5 had the neat fairplay thing that for no reason at all went awol in Pes 6. It was also extremely easy, mainly due to the super accurate passing.

I played my personal fav Pes 3 recently and dam it still plays an amazing game. Also I honestly think a couple animations look better than in 2010 lol.

What difficulty do you play on? The same thing kind of happens to me... but i get closed down before i get the shot of unless i make space for myself.

this is the best thread iv ever seen in any forum the first few pages were soo funny lol i gotta say that yes the game is pretty poor maybe they should take a year out and focus on rebuilding a new game engine im sure i heard something about a cryengine 3 being the latest in technology but thats past my knowledge.. anyways the game has faults yes so does every other game instead of complaining that you wont buy it again or never play it why not just keep quiet and let other people post proper threads and complain about certain issues so that hopefully the blind department in konami can take notice and create in brail a letter saying sorry... or maybe theyl be kind enough to resolve some issues with a patch update like slowing down the speed of the bullet ball when its passed honestly iv seen bullets slower than the velocity of some of my shots lol

Ye i understand exactly what you mean, they back of and give you a lot of space but sometimes i just about think yes im gonna shoot and get clamped by about 6 of the opposition. Hah

The only reason they are doing well in Serie A is because when they too should have been punished they used as many underhand tactics as Juventus ever did to punish all of their rivals bar the one they felt they could easily control and out-spend - Roma. See that's interesting. According to long-standing members here if I left this site there would be big problems. I'm not saying I agree with them but that's the general feeling. Admins are free to degrade and swear at will especially in the face of specific behaviour. We do need to set an example and I do that enough in my time here as it is. You cannot teach me anything about Calciopoli, I know the vast majority of it inside out so get to my level of knowledge before attempting to hold a discussion about it with me. You are clearly not as versed on it as I and couldn't even tell me precisely what each of those clubs was found guilty of seeing as how there was no proof in half of the instances and your post has holes in it.

You say it kept Napoli down - so their serious financial issues and change of ownership were all down to Moggi were they? You call Palermo a sleeping giant?! Right...

PES is an arcade game and if you can't see it, tha'ts your problem not mine. Keep your fucking capital letters to yourself and learn to express yourself more maturely than having to tap a key on a keyboard which makes it look like you're trying to shout through a computer screen.

I will play what I like but that doesn't change the fact PES is now an arcade game.

back to the point, at arcades you have fun playing the games, soccer games were always fun, is it fun to play soccer YES, is it fun to watch soccer YES so what is wrong with ARCADE??? Its gotta be serious, yeah, its a simulation, yeah, were Messi and Ronaldo are equal to Bakari Kone and Peter Crouch, never in a million years, players all move the same, you cant dribble around players, apparently Messi cant use his body, i see him use it all the time and come through some players even, players with wrong height, skin and hair colour no edit mode, snow in southern italian stadiums, this has never happened ever, not even in todays global warming unpredictability, THIS IS FIFA LAME!!!!!!

im going off to play PES 2010 the best game of all time after PES6 and PES5.

definately, without a doubt, i just dont like preaching, not just on pes 2010 but in general everybody's opinions are different, they're never going to be the same, so why do people try and convince others to change their honest opinion, its a discussion, make a point, but why people are demeaning others over preferance is beyond me, might have to find a civil pes site.

With the money that can be made from football games. I am suprised there is not more competition.
What happened to Actua Soccer? Addidas Power Soccer? Sensible?
