Very disappointing. I was hoping Ubisoft would throw their hat in to the ring with a genuine contender for the title of the best footie game, and in doing so, that they would make the big 2 up their game, creating healthy competition that would result in better games for us the gamer. But this trailer shows me that this game will be total garbage. Fifa Street was crap all those years ago, I'm certainly not interested in a current gen version of it. Pure Futbol? Pure shite. Unless the trailer is doing it a grave disservice

Not a problem, I know a lot of the PES gamers don't venture much outside of the game-specific sections so to start with this thread might be better off here for 24 hours or so.

Looks like utter s***. I was hoping for an actual football game not some crappy combination of FIFA Street and Street Fighter. Was going to give it a go if/when a demo comes out but if it's all about kicking seven shades of s**** out of the other team then scoring, as opposed to actually using skill to get win a game then I will just ignore this one completely, just like that piece of shit called FIFA Street.

Yeah, looks terrible, I was hoping it would be something to look forward to in the hope that PES and FIFA up their game. When I read 5-a-side, I was hoping for a true 5-a-side game, quick passes, clever runs, and generally trying to create as much space as possible.

Obviously this doesn't look the case :(

And it's only a CGI trailer so you can't really judge the game on it.


But no companys apart from EA and Konami should bother making football games.

Just bought pes 6 back for the 360. £1 :p bargin! Got home and loaded up my old ML team which is full to the brim of classic players. What a game. The movement of the legs and torso hit me straight away and looked Euphoria esc. Propa good game and online servers are still up and they are glitch free, button lag free and the games are so good. I pray 2011 is more like this. The movements is super fluid. When i turn with Cruyff his legs bend and his mid rift bends.

Back onto the thread topic. Ubisoft have taken a major leap in the wrong direction. No1 who walks into a game shop is going to buy an arcade fooball title. If they wana have a quick game of footy and a laugh they wont pick up ubi's game, they'll just play exhibition games with their mates on pes or fifa and i cant wait to see the sales fall through the floor. Unless their sales plan is to sell it for £10 god help them.
