No Mensah, Henderson, Zenden or TURNER??? and we still have leadbitter and edwards.

I looked for Zenden I'll just use his stats from 09 and make him. Also anyone with Bundesliga teams now find the squads are virtually gone?!?! Even the unlock-able players I cant find them wtf

too much complaining! This years game is very good online and off. Yes you get the occasional lag vs some people but that could be said for any other online game, COD, Socom, NBA2k10, etc etc etc.... If you don't like it its simple, we live in a free society... return it and get FIFA !

Then please tell me how you can play a full league with for example just 3 teams and every team is played by another person.
And of course I want a ranking after the league and yellow cards and stamina are included of course. I think that's just not possible.

So you paid for the update? I dont see how an update can piss people off. People are complaining about certain players missing and at the same time saying well no one cares about the Japan kit. Well no one cares about the Brondby youth striker thats missing as well. I can only imagine the criticism had they never released a patch. People are acting like the game was broke from the beginning if anyone believes that than dont play its just a video game after all.

You know, the problem is, that I didn't know the game is THAT buggy. Maybe you can't call it "buggy", but it just pisses me on, that for example the keepers act like dumbasses. It's just annoying if you play with a friend and 2 out of 3 goals are because the keepers just don't know what to do. They are just standing there and mainly do nothing.
And the referees are one hell of shit Completely random decisions. The striker makes a slide -> red! Emergency Break by a defender -> yellow. But if it's in the box, of course the ref doesn't even do anything.
And often ball and the players run through each other. It happens that the ball goes right THROUGH a slide of a defender. If that's a goal, it just sucks.
And removing the Konami Cup is the last great mistake Konami did. It doesn't say on the cover, that they removed that importand feature. No funny evenings with friends anymore. Sad.
That's what I'm complaining about.

Change to fifa ? mate that game is shit ... players look 'the word you used pathetic ! crap gameplay etc etc... the gameplay is 100% better on pes c'mon !! you know everytime you pick up that controller !

Maybe you're right. I would never change to Fifa :/ But you know the problem is that: In the core, PES is a great soccer game. And that's why the mistakes I wrote before are just damn annoying. It could be a great experience if Konami just wanted to listen to the community. And in some areas, you just have to admit, that Fifa is better than PES. Just look at the keepers or the referees (PES referees never heard of advantage). Or it's annoying that the PES players can't get a ball which is about to go outside the field. They just run straight ahead even if you push into the other side (if you don't use super control). Every player in the world is able to just STOP the ball before out. You know, some little things


And about the stats: The stats of PES were bad as long as I can remember. If somebody says anything different, you never looked a real soccer game I have to edit every team (mainly with the PES Database stats) to make the soccer feeling much more real. I can asure you, that it becomes much more fun then.
But of course that sucks for the online gaming experience.


That's everything. I hope I made my opinion more clear. It was not my intention to flame PES that way. But you have to admit, that the cooperation of Konami with the community is just bad.

i thought there was a pre-patch that makes sure that our edited data was kept, now after downlaoding the update everything in my bundesliga is twisted (names). how could that be?

I didn't get the update automatically when I started up the game. I had to go to system settings in the main game menu and select "download". Then it told me that there was a new update available.

On a side not glad to see players like Niang whose attack was previously at 80 go to 82 as he is one of the best attackers in Ligue 1 and Now Lisandro has a beard a higher attack and looks like King Leonidas from 300 lol

Also, I don't think some people realize the amount of work that would need to go into making the major gameplay fixes they want. Personally, I don't think the game is broken as it is. It certainly isn't perfect, but I think it's a heck of a lot better than FIFA.

And as far as the goalkeepers needing to be fixed, well, I'm just left shaking my head at that one. Once in a blue moon I'll see a GK do something that is obviously due to an AI glitch, but most of the time they behave realistically, and that includes sometimes staring open-mouthed as a ball sails right past them into the net. This happens in real football! If you don't think it does, then you're not watching enough football, or you're not paying close enough attention.

The goalkeeper AI is somewhat inconsistent. I've seen many weird (easy) goals, however I've also seen some point-blank Casillas-like saves, when I did cut-back pass then shot, by mediocre goalkeepers in master league.

Mediocre goalkeepers in real life are capable of making fantastic saves from time to time, otherwise they wouldn't be playing at a professional level. And top level goalkeepers sometimes completely blow it. I'm not saying the GK AI is perfect, but I think it's mostly realistic.

Ive seen some stupid GK own goals where the defender has gently passed it back to the keeper and he has controled it then walked it straight into his own net.

Otherwise the goalkeepers are very realistic. But that also means not as good as previous pes superkeepers.

Woah, that must mean I did it wrong. I downloaded the patch 1.02 was it in there? PS3 by the way.

Yeah, Zenden only joined about 3 weeks ago because he was a free agent so I would of been expecting a bit much to have him added.
