Von Option File (V2.04 NOW ONLINE - 2009/10 Season Update)

Hey Ollie,

I only found a "Savedata" folder and in it there were three types:
1- Edit folder
2- All the uniform folders
3- The faces files

I transferred all of them (after updating PES 2009) and when I load the game nothing. Do I have to do something in the settings of PES 2009 to be able to load the uniforms? Or do I need to delete a file from Saved Data Utility --> PES 2009 folder? If not, what could I have done wrong?

PS. I noticed that the player's names aren't right. For example, the German team doesn't have the right names. But at the same time, players who weren't added from before (example, Gudjohnson from Barca) are now added.

Not sure if this could help determine the problem, but you never know :)

I don`t think you have downloaded the completed Option File.
I think you have downloaded the Update Only.
So first download the COMPLETE VERSION OF V2.2!!!
Then do this:

step 1: delete all the files on the ps3 what has to do with pes2009
step 2: Update pes2009 to the latest version
step 3: exit pes2009 and restart pes2009
step 4: Exit pes2009
step 5: copy all the files from the Von`s Complete Option File V2.2
step 6: start pes2009

ps when you start the game and he will ask for save the data, ALWAYS click YES!!

This happened to me when I copied all of the files over and nothing worked, I was frustrated to say the least! What you need to do is go to System Settings and click on both Download and Install and there will be a few updated you need to install. Even after I downloaded 1.4 there were more updates for me to download.

Need help-PS3 says Not correct version?????????

Okay guys I know this question has already been answered but I don’t have the time to read through all this posts so please forgive me for posting it again;

I uploaded this option file but it said something like "laod failed because data is from diffrent version.Download content and update data" What should I do to get this option file working? I downloaded the complete file and NOT the updates. Should I first download from the first update from 1.01 up to 2.03? I also install the software on the game itself throught the settings in the main menu of the game but still it does not work.

By what I read on this board it seems this is the greatest file and for this I would like to THANK everybody working on this file saving the lazy guys and noobs like me lol the time and frustration.


P.S. I don’t have internet access at home so I can’t download it from home. Does this mean I’m doomed and there is no other way to get this option file working through a USB?

I am sorry to be the one to brake the news to you but i think it's pretty obvious from responses or lack there off to my last post that people on here are slow to be helpfull on this site so is KONAMI! Appearently one has to download a KONAMI Update befor this VON Option file can work. It means guys like me who don't have internet access at home, who by the way spend hundreds of dollars every year to buy the PES Games and yet gets ripped off by KONAMI! YES we'r stuck with below par option files from other guys( I do appreciate your efford and thank you.)

P.S I have pm a couple of people and made request on this forums but to NO avail.

awesome stuff - although any chance of the new Barca home top and the white Scotland away top in the future?

Awesome update though - just like in real life I scored against my friend with Macheda the 1st 2 games and he's been "iffy" ever since.

I see there is an updated face scan, but i cannot find hin any where? any ideas anyone?

(When I say fat ronaldo, I mean the old brazilian number 9 ronaldo)

I have the same problem that Ollie have...
I copy all the files that i found in the rar, i already download the update, and overwrite the files, but, in the game, dont change anything.

So, i have a little questions...
I have update the game and the ps3 with the last, firmware and everything. But, i create another user for this patch, cause i dont want to lose the patch im using until this patch is working and i already check it... so,
do i have to update the game again with the other user??
or maybe is cause i already download the last firmware for ps3 yesterday that i cant use this patch?? please help... this patch seems amazing... i want to use it!!

i think the patch has missing things, i download another patch, and has the edit,the system file, and the files of faces and uniforms, and works ok... in the same user... so... maybe is some file missing in the VON patch. Somebody help.

i am confused..i am downloading optional file for the first time...its says everywhere first download the full version..which is the full version is it the one which says the entire optional file and chants vob_option file ver 2.03.i have downloaded it it contains edit data uniforms faces.shouldnt there be a system file too.or will the ps3 make it by itslef when i add edit data and faces uniforms.and will adding this version include all previous like bundesliga teams and updates or i will have to download all updates.but each update will have its own edit data file saving that will overwrite the full version one.i am confused please explain me from the very basic what to download first and what to add later.dont worry about me adding files to ps3 i know that and aslo i have updated to 1.40 version which konami asked.tyyyy

im a little lost. i just got a ps3 and pro evo. i already had it for xbox so its not like im new to it. but i wanna put the option file in..so i downloaded vons 2.03...and all it is is faces and jerseys...but they dont even show up in the game. Am i supposed to download like the actual edit file? please explain

i deleted my option file i had.Then downloaded konamis update .then transfer this option file to your ps3 via a usb memory stick

i don't see the optionfile in this download (2.03), where am i supposed to see it? i can't find it under ps3 then savedata. is anything wrong?
