I've done as the instruction says, but the uniforms are not edited, can anyone help me?

Hi Muff,
I have been playing with your OF today and i see you have most of the transfers covered already but you have missed a few and here they are so they can be corrected in your final version of the OF. They are:
Sears- On Loan to Crystal Palace
Franco- Has Joined West Ham since he left Villarreal in the summer.
Alfonso Alves- Has Joined a team in Dubai.
Jay Simpson- He is currently on loan to QPR.
Webber- Has joined Portsmouth since leaving Sheffield United.
Freddy Adu- Has joined Belenenses on Loan from Benfica.
Diamanti- Has Joined West Ham from Livorno.
Kelvin Etuhu- Has Joined Cardiff City on loan from Manchester City.
Bojinov- Has joined Parma on loan from Manchester City.
Rivas- Has Joined Livorno on loan from Inter Milan.
Could you please create Matic who joined Chelsea in the Summer and also could you create Ramires who has joined Benfica in summer and is a Brazilian International, who generally plays most games for Brazil recently.
Also, if you are able to could you please update most International Squads for example, Adriano, Nilmar and Felipe Melo are now playing in the Brazil squad instead of Kerrison, Naldo and Richarlyson because they are no longer are in the squad and England play Carlton Cole and Defoe instead of Walcott and Crouch, etc. So if you could also look at the other International Squads and update the entire squads to the recent international squads that were chosen and starting line ups.
One final thing to mention, if you have any spare time on your hands left could you please look at some of the players stats for example the young players in the game, e.g. John Obi Mikel, Jack Wilshere, Aaron Ramsey, Yuri Zhirov, Granero, Garay, Sergio Busquests, Pedro, Gago, Higuain, Raul Garcia, Johnny Evans, Darren Gibson, Anderson, Obertan, Cesc Fabregas and etc. If you could also, look at any other underrated players that i have missed out and have a look at their stats to improve them to how could they are in real life and could other people please make suggestions of players that i have missed out.
I am looking very, very forward to playing the final version of your OF for Pes 2009 and i hope it is the best so far.
So much appreciated if you could make these changes mentioned aboved.

thanks for the beta update, muff. extra special thanks for including "marin" in the werder squad! why can't he be registered for german national team? maybe you can edit him over "Streit" from Schalke who is fired from first team
How do you install it?
I copy all the files into the save data , but nothing happened.

first you have to update your PS3 with the latest konami update and than you have to copy all the files and the edit data to your PS3 (from usb stick) it`s simple

I copied to there.
one by one all the files from v2.05beta.
but when i go in game, nothing has changed.
i went to edit , i press load, but they say no data available to load
