Thanks, but when i do this another option comes up,
i do this by pressing the circle button (do you use x ? coz thats the cancel button), what do i do next ?

georginho, in all the menus for WE7, you have to use O instead of X.
O = select.
X = cancel.

Choose the top option, then O, top option, O, top option, O until the game loads. I think this is right.


Freddie, the pesfan file is not very good, trust me. Evo-web has the much better option files.

pes-fan - one or two people's work.
evo-web - half a dozen people using info by multiple fans of every single club and national teams - so this will definitely be more in depth and correct including everything like transfers, formations and kickers etc.

Remember you're not allowed to discuss patching or modded PS2s at pesfan as talking about them will have your message deleted and you'll get a warning eventually.

And the latest WE7 info will be posted here at pesinsight so keep an eye out.

Yes i know but when i do just that, it keeps on coming up the same thing again and again until i press x to cancel.

I press o then it loads, but it keeps loading everytime i press o.
Try it, u'll see what i mean.

I just tried it with my 2nd mem card.
Select the top option once and then it created the option file and that was it.
Try deleting your option file and try it again.

But i press o on the top option and it loads it, but then the same thing comes up again after it's loaded, i'll try it again after i've had a game of Real Madrid v Atletico Madrid.

btw Real Madrid are awesome in the game aren't they, i hammered Atletico 5 - 0 last night.

I LOVE THIS GAME !!!
And i wonder why konami have got rid of the music when you see the goals you've just scored, now it's only on the full time highlights.

Just like real life then.

I thought that it was my memory card was too full, but i deleted stuff off it and the box at the start still came up again (AFTER) i loaded it the first time.(WEIRD)

Just to be sure, what do the two options say ?
And how did i still have the option file in my memory card browser, it must have created one, but it's not saving, am i doing it the right way.

And once u guys have pressed o, does the option file load, then go away (mine doesn't)
i have to press x twice to make it go away.

When you don't have an option file, you have to click the top option with O once and it creates it.

When you do have an option file, it loads automatically so you don't have to press anything - it goes into the game menus by itself.

It's Okay Now

It's okay now, iv'e got it saving.
What i do is press the BOTTOM option and it loads up.
Coz i changed some names at teams, then put it off then reloaded it and the names were the way i had them, thank god it saves now coz i have an X-Port arriving.

BTW did you notice that when you change a players position then he'll move into certain place in the squad list ie if you put someone's position from DF to MF, then he'll move from the list of DF's to the list of MF's. (pretty cool)

Coz i did this with Djemba Djemba, i changed his 1st choice position from CF to DMF and he moved to the list of midfielders.
(Awesome)

Coz quite often you find players in wrong positions ie Mjallby in DMF position instead of DF which is his 1st position choice in real life.

ive started to edit the club names manually zy and its keeps me occupied for a few hours. My X-port hasnt arrived yet, my friend has one and i used his to upload some of the option files from the site, which are pretty good infact.

Slight problem guys. Seems the memory card with WE7 files causes the program to crash. So I can't share the option file or goals just yet.

Very strange thing and hopefully we'll get it sorted soon.
Check the X-Port Info thread for more details.
