you can already do this in pes3....

first press :L1: to get hold of a player NOT in the wall...preferabley a player stood behind the wall...and then press :R2: to manually move him back on to the line.

Yes I think you can. You definitely can for goal kicks. You can bring your player right up to the edge of the box when the opposing keeper is taking a free kick.

I wonder how the game chooses which kit the referee wears. Hopefully it chooses a kit intelligently which doesn't clash with either team. Hope it doesn't cause any problems with patched kits which are quite different to default ingame kits.

So is it true that a player goes on to celebrate when he scores from an off-side position, but only to later learn that the goal won’t count, because when he looks over to the side, he sees the linesman with his flag rose? Plus, do referees and linesmen make mistakes by allowing a goal if and when a player is/was clearly off-side?

No robokun you can't. You can't do it with an Xport either, only player names.
