Can someone tell me what is that blue thing that sometimes has a player instead of an arrow? (I don't know if someone has already asked this. too many pages to read)

Stepovers are same as in previous games.

The blue thing in ML means your player is representing his country so won't be playing for you in the next match.

Christ !!!!!! players actually represent their country in ML mode ( sound ) , would be superb if after every 2 seasons you play a euro championship or world cup 2 season's after that ( with a national side of your choice of course ) .

Get in there Marcus bent 1-0 the the Blues .

There's one question I'd really love to ask: is it much easier to edit the team badges?
Thanks in advance.

It's simple enough, I did the whole prem as soon as I got it and it didn't take very long. Once you've got the knack it's easy.

From what you said I can conclude that it's easier than in PES3.
Yeah, don't you have to fill in a grid? Or do you still have to use annoying shapes. Anyway my question:
When assigning celebrations with certain players, can you press:square: to see what the celebration is? - like pressing:square: to see the freekick style or name call.

Simao is superb. Miguel is class too. Cristiano is alright ( could be better ), he can easily get penalties. Haven't bothered with the rest.

what do u mean he can get penalties easily??????

u mean if he falls down hes mnore likely 2 be awared FK's and PK's etcx.?????

that would be so kewl and realistic!

It's like you select the free kick type in previous games. Press :square: to make him to the celebration (in the edit screen on the spot) and then press left or right to move to the next number in the list and repeat.

How good is PES4????

i have a few questions and i hope anyone can reply: :)

1. I've heard its now possible to make a "panenka-penalty" is this true?
2. Are the slowdows removed in PES4???? Very imprortant, cause whats better than knocking in a sweat powerfull header??
3. I heard a somebody say Arsenal, ManU and Chelsea are also fully lisenced, is this shit true or is he making jokes??
4. I would really like to know more about the goal-celebrations you can unlock. i'm curious if they also did animation for players that are not so good. I mean surely ronaldo pointing finger will be in it, but how about Drogba's "sidemoving hands" or Robbie Keane's "roll" are these celebrations in it???
5. Konami announced that players with less waight (like Guily) will react differently than players with a lot of waight (like of course Ronaldo). Can anyone really see differance in this piont or is it just like the "announced-improvements-of-crosses" wich a simular as before?????
6. What about 1-on-1 moves? is it now easyer or more difficult to catch your opponement off feet??? i really like to toy with th CPU so what about it? and also: in PES3 you could only do the zidane 360-spin after you received the ball (when it was in your possesion). Can you now also do the move without first having to controll the ball.

Here's a tip for everyone waiting on PES4:
the release date is now set on 14 of october, but at some stores you can reserve this game and get it one day earlier!!! it saves one day more waiting, cos we all want it badly don't we???????
:D

Yes. A few players can do it. I'm not sure if you can let a created player do it though. Figo does it.

2. Are the slowdows removed in PES4???? Very imprortant, cause whats better than knocking in a sweat powerfull header??

Someone who played it said yes.

3. I heard a somebody say Arsenal, ManU and Chelsea are also fully lisenced, is this shit true or is he making jokes??

So far only the Spanish, Italian and Dutch league are licenced. No news on any others yet.

There are about 50 celebrations in Edit mode and you select them like you do
for free kicks - press :square: to see what it looks like. Both of Robbie's celebrations are in it - one with the rolling and the other with the guns. And plenty more. Someone made a video to show all the celebrations in edit mode so check it out (use the search to find it).

I didn't know about this announcement. Dunno.

The Panenka penalty is the penalty Postiga took against England, the one that Totti (on Euro 2000) took against Netherlands etc. It's not that little simulation like Figo usually does.Panenka consists on chipping the ball. Is it really possible?Because I haven't seen any video of that...
