You press select to get a team mate to stand next to the ball, press it again and he'll switch sides. To make him kick it hold L1 as you take it and for him to lay it off for you press R3.

Cheers. Will try. Any ideas on shooting and heading seems really hard to get a decent shot away and keep a header down. Also is there any new tricks? If so how do you do them? Dont know how to knock the ball to the side for a shot for instance.

I saw a player run over the ball at an FK before another player took it in a WE8 promo video, how do you do it?

All you need to do is instead of pressing l1 or r3 take the kick as your normally would after presing select to get the player to appear

That depends on the side the second player is on. You have to press select twice (so the second player stand on the other side) and then just shoot like you normally would do. Pressing select once makes the second player just standing there.

Talking bout goals, I read on here that you can select and assign individual goal celebrations to players (two each I think). How many are there, and what are they (or the best few)

Smith is not in the England line-up but he is in the game.. hes on Leeds Utd.

1. no, but he's in leeds. not sure about carrick
2. yes you can select and assign individual goal celebrations to players.. there are around 30+

Yeah, but I thought that they were taking Leeds out of PES4 (and Leicester, Wolves and West Ham to make way for Palace, West Brom and Norwich) Mind you If they do all that, then it ain't gonna be too hard for them to switch Smith over to Man Utd!

of course: i think i forgot some more players but don`t forget to take at least zidane, thuram, lisarazu, hamann, neuville, bobic, desailly, figo, rui costa, overmars, reizinger, kluivert out of their national teams as these players officially resigned from international duty or were dropped by the coaches (puh, at least france is beatable now).
i know, editing manually sucks (don`t have an xport either), but luckily i don`t need to rename most of the teams, japanese works fine with me.

I've just finished my first ML season and I can just about understand most of it but one thing I wasn't sure about is how far below the wages (I think) figure can you go? On pes3 you could borrow 10,000 points but I want to know if it's the same this time before I try anything and risk game over.

im shocked to hear this that diving is on pro evo 4!!! While sprinting with R1, if you press L2, the player forms a dive.

this is bad for game!?!!

I really hope it is bull. Didving has no place in football games, it just makes them a contest of getting people booked rather than of goals.
