Guys, can you not spend 60 seconds to answer my query? I just need to what to do with the 12 rar files, normally u unrar one and it gives you a PPF file, but this time there is 12 rar files, i need some guidance please.

Almost all questions like this have already been answered. People just need to take the time and effort to click on the Search button or read the sticky threads in the General Editing section. There is a thread containing a full guide on what to do with rar files.

wolves will be in for sure in a separate add-on patch....not the mainpatch...since it seems a few wolves fans come here...ill make it public when its done....database 50% done...hopefully i can knock it out this weekend and insert all the new graphics and get 1.0 out next week sometime...have a nice weekend guys....

All you have to do mate is open the sunjun ISO with DKZ Studio DKZ Studio then extract the SLPM file (this is your .exe file).

Then open the 0_TEXT.AFS file and extract the unknow_00017.str to your desktop and rename it para_we8.bin. Then You can edit it with the database editor in DKZ studio.

Then when your happy save and rename it unknow_00017.str and insert it in Reefurs 0_TEXT.AFS/unknow_00017 file and then rebuild the file and resize it with afs explorer so it is the same size as the one in reefur's patch. Then import it over the 0_TEXT.AFS in the reefur ISO and voila burn to dvd. Job done

hey i'm back! having probs rebuilding and resizing the file. went into afs explorer, opened o_text that i had modified, went to advanced, then modify reserved space, changed the size of 00017 to what it was in the original patch then when i press regenerate afs it says can't rebuild over the original afs file. what am i doing wrong?

Do i rename it unknown_00017.str and save it?

hey i'm back! having probs rebuilding and resizing the file. went into afs explorer, opened o_text that i had modified, went to advanced, then modify reserved space, changed the size of 00017 to what it was in the original patch then when i press regenerate afs it says can't rebuild over the original afs file. what am i doing wrong?

Do i rename it unknown_00017.str and save it?

any ideas billsterno? its driving me nuts or is there a guide somewhere i can follow to save pestering you

Ok i renamed it unnown_00017.str, saved it and imported it over 0_text.afs in dkz studio and it seemed to work ok (hope thats right) but what do i do now? will my reefur iso include the sunjun database now or do i have to save it on dkz studio first before i burn it?

Last time I checked it was in the early evening and there were over 20 seeders. Leave it running through the night and you should get it.

Yep, reefur(the man) has uploaded onto file front. thats where i got it too. Downloading it from filefront is better considering the seed/leecher ratio of bittorrent. i recommend you get it from filefront.

Right ok mate sorry for taking so long to reply but I've just got in and hey it's saturday nite LOL (well sunday morning now)

Now all I do is import the 0_TEXT.AFS, that I rebuilded with dkz, with afs explorer Then goto advanced and modify reserve space. Then highlight the unknow_00017.str file and then in the top right hand corner change the "bytes reserved for file" box.

You want to change it so the "total file size" in the bottom left hand corner is the same as the 0_TEXT.AFS in reefurs patch. I think it's something like 333737.... something but you can double check it with dkz studio. Now once it's created the new smaller 0_TEXT.AFS file import this over the original one in reefurs patch and it will work fine

Also is it possible to take other info from sunjuns onto reefurs like, faces, boots, strips, that kind of thing?

IMO, sunjun's patch has too many bugs like collars, numbers, faces, and you can't select a different language.

reefur's patch is much more better although his database is not very up-to-date, but i highly recommend you get reefur's patch since its very detailed worked.
