I'm still on the fence to weither i should pre order Fifa, just go to gamestation at midnight or buy it during the day.

I know sometimes people get lucky in getting their copy of the game early but knowing my luck, i'd end up getting it a week after release date.

Is Pre-Ordering the way to go ? i think Tesco are doing a deal get it for 37 pounds. I think the standard price in shops will be 43 pounds ?

Its only 2 weeks away, i dunno what to do ? anyone got any good ideas ?

I pre-ordered with shop-to.net. They aren't always the cheapest online however I've used them for 2 years + and every pre-ordered game comes atleast a day early.

I don't think I've ever pre-ordered a PES or FIFA game. I usually pop down to HMV on Saturday morning.

might order from shopto.net but still dont know whether I cba to buy it. I waste so much time playing each itteration of Fifa when I could be doing something constructive, like browsing porn sites.

I pre-ordered through Playstation Store. I've actually downloaded the game already (all 9gb of it) but can't access it until the 28th.

It's a good job I'm busy during the week anyway.

download it.. on the internet... on a website.

Discussion of illegally downloading games is not allowed on this forum, but I assume of course you are in reference to legally downloading the game and paying for it...

Hopefully the supermarkets will be doing decent deals, spend a certain amount and get the game for £25 or something.

Don't they usually charge ludicrously high prices on the PS store?

I think Tesco are selling it for 37.99 instead of £42.99. If they do the offer where you spend £30 quid I'll just buy another game and then return it the next day un-opened as per their policy on refunding games. Which I found out the hard way. I got my money back anyway. So many ways around it.

Don't think ASDA have released a price as of yet. I remember they sold Fifa11(I think) for £27.99. Hopefully they do that again this year!

I pre-ordered with Shop.to for £39.85 as I'm not clear what, if any, deals the supermarkets are going to be doing.

A bit stupid of me really as I'm not meant to be at home on Friday night so can't play it until Saturday morning even if it turns up. I could easily have gone out and bought it on Saturday morning without much trouble after finding out what the supermarkets were doing.

Oh well.

If you go on the Saturday to a supermarket you'll more than likely be paying full price anyway. I believe the deals are only available on midnight launch.

T'was £49.99 but you get Ultimate Team packs included I believe.

I thought you were going to reply back, telling us you used a voucher. £50 is a lot for a game. You can get the same content for a physical copy, for £10 (more-or-less) cheaper, right?

I'll pop into Sainsbury's and Currys on my way back home, on Friday night and go for the cheaper of the two.
