Why wont Ronaldo come to my team? help

Ok my team just won the treble and my team popularity is "S" which is i guess really good. I just had a bit of 47000 points for ronaldo accepted by Man U and i offered ronaldo the max in the contract neg but he wont come to my team. I dont get it what can i do?

Maybe there're too many players in the same position so he wouldn't come. I has this problem sometimes with MF&CF positions.

Maybe you should go into general settings and change the leavel to very easy, this makes transfers and negotiating easier and the player is more likely to accept the offer.

Im managed to get Ronaldo for 44000 and offered him 3100 in wages and he accepted.

haha well im actually planning on buying messi during the mid-season transfer period. But yeah i finally signed ronaldo. I put the settings on very easy, offered him 5000 wages and 4 years and he finally accepted.

Keep an eye on your Team Expenditure. Star players can only be good for some 2 -3 seasons. Just warning you. The amount of points you paid for him hmy:

yeah i know but even with the addition of ronaldo i only have to pay 19000 for player salaries at the end of the year and right now i have 94000 points so i should be fine. Btw how is aguero im thinking about either getting him or messi.

I got messi for 45,000 and 5000 wages on 3 years, its they only way i could get him

Getting players on this game is too easy. Everyone has a price, even the best of players. In PES2008, I ripped United apart and took away Ronaldo, Rooney and Nani and left them with shit. They started to go downhill and never came back.

And this years game is no different.

Top Player and Normal, I didnt think it mattered on these new games. I know it did on PES 3 and onwards, but these games?

I know that as long as your team rating is the same as the club you wanna buy off, then you have a chance. What I like doing is trading players with the same rating. i.e Swapping Gary Neville who is an A faceplm for another A player. They will happily accept cos of the player they are getting.

Yeah Ive resorted to doing that, swapping the popular older players for the unpopular young players...

Im at man city, and I swapped Petrov, for Wilshere from arsenal.... Wilshere is awesome man lol
