hereticboy said:Unplug all the cables and blow down them to remove any dust. Plug them all back in again. Try plugging the cables into different USB ports. Are you using windows XP? If so then the hardware wizard should pick up that you've plugged in an 'unkownk' usb device. just go through the add hardware wizard to install the cable as "X-Link Cable". That's what happened to me and it works fine now.
