lol thats like me with club teams, can only just about use Juventus and i'm not very good with them I only like playing Internationals as it gives me practice for the national league, and i need it badly lol

Good game t1000v2.0. Just in case you weren't sure, I kicked the ball off on purpose.

Yeah, i kinda worked that out, good thing you did too. It was weird, I didnt even press A to kick it out along the floor, i pressed it before the ball went out of play, yet due to an excessive lag at that moment, it delayed my button press and ended with it passing the ball right to your forward as the keeper had the ball. It was a good game nonetheless. Actually lag wise, it wasn't too bad, just came at crucial moments like during a few of your attacks, where at times, i am madly pressing the A or B to get a foot in or tackle, and it wouldnt always come off, but I managed to handle it to an extent. You are right about the freekicks, I mean it seems I put it to half sometimes and still goes flying over.

You owe me a rematch, with me as host this time!!

Yeah, just remembered - t1000v2.0 what was going on the first 2 times I invited you? Your team was just stuck on Austria and I had to quit it and try again.

And to everyone I play - apologies but I can't usually play everyone more than once as there are loads of people sending me invites so I'd like to play everyone at least once if possible before playing people again.

robz - try creating a game and it'll seem better as you'll be the host.

yeah, Zyg, that did happen actually, although i did pick my team and get to the next bit, but then it froze. So i re-sent an invite, and i think in the end i joined one that you created or something.

SAFCROCKS - want to play you again. My pad wasn't working properly dude. You played well, can't quite remember who you are.

Will give you a proper match soon. After those matches, I reset the xbox and fiddled with the controller cables and then it was better and I won most of the matches.

i wonder, are people that are using PS2 pads through a converter having more control issues than those using the xbox pads? It's possible that any slight delay caused by the converter could be amplified when playing online.

Played so many games that I didn't realise I was bursting to go to the loo so for one match, I used about 40 seconds of the tactics screen to rush to the loo! Frantic few seconds there

yonson, I've played with a joybox and found no real different to be honest.

Was playing this morning, about the quitting issue...if someone JOINS your game, I can see a small tiny point of them not wanting the loss because of the lag right, it's a pain, we all have to go through it though so it's no excuse.

But I've played about 3 people now, who have quit when they are HOSTING, and it's me with the lag...it pisses me off about 100x more when I've worked hard for the win, with the lag and all, and then the bugger leaves.

Konami...get the finger out.

To deal with quitters - just play people on your friend's list. Don't play random knobs out there. Best to make up a friends list using names from pesinsight and evo-web (and other sites if you need even more).

I can't understand, only when i'm hosting the game runs perfectly, when i'm the client it's horrible, lot's of lag! I hope they fix this quickly!!!!

Oh, no prob fox, thought as much. Anyway, managed to get a game witht he great Zygalski, and considering i had the lag issues, i didnt do too badly, to lose 3-1, and against Brazil of all teams...But I have a feeling he was going easy on me, hmmmm.

The lag was a bitch with me too when I played Zygalski, got humped 3-0 after some GOOD defending kept it 2-0 for a while, thought I might have had a chance.

THe return match was a bit better 1-1, but dida made gordon banks save which made me scream in shock lol, the bugger.
