sounds great! does the patch affect the option file (premier league, bundesligas self made kits)? how long does it take to download the whole dlc?

I installed the patch pjust a few minutes ago.
I have checked if it has made any changes to my edit data and you know what? the mostof the players have now a default face:realmad:

And the player copy base function is a joke. it can be used only for created player:realmad:

As usual konami has made a mess...

The patch only 15mb.. and all edited kits still there

Anyway... I'm downloading datapack 2 now.. didntindicate the size.. but maybe more or less same size as datapck 1 base on doownload speed..

For online game improvement, I cant give any comment because never play PES 2014 online before. Planning to sell PES14 with unredeemed code if this patch didn't meet my expectation.. Luckily my patient pay off

Once you will have dp2 and patch installed, you will have to go to nearly every single player and default their faces because they got altered by the new dp2.
Check arsenal players.. giroud has now a fake face..

Primera División Argentina teams still half-assed. Teams like All Boys, Rafaela and Olimpo still have unfinished jerseys, and even All Boys still wears a jersey from the past tournament. Why can't Konami do it like FIFA does? You have the license, so licensing issues is NOT an excuse for this.

Downloaded the patch, now downloading the data-pack.
Hopefully game-play, on-line lag and performance as well as player faces are all fixed.

P.S. Gonna take forever to download ....

Rooney and Ashley Cole I have seen have gone to default faces after the patch well PES 2015 there will be no excuses the best make sure the stadium editor and licenses be done earlier than usual, also release game in late October so the game is completed this time.

faces are default because they were edited on the option file you used. deafult them and they`ll look how konami did them

Nope, unless you delete the whole patch. Or wait until a patch maker fix it.

I noticed that the faces that were edited before the DLC are the ones that look fake. The OF maker should be able to know which faces need to be set to default. Also, all the pre-set faces that look fake after the DLC have the same face characteristics so its easy to spot if you go team by team.

Surely the only question is whether the game has been fixed or not?

Haven't had the chance to get on and dl the new patch yet but I'm hoping that once I do so I'll finally have a playable version of the game.

yall talking bout faces lets see if the damn game is playable first thats what its about. i mean hell we could fix the faces our self but we cant fix the game

We are talking about the faces because we are trying to fix that, which we could do. Gameplay cannot be fix by us so whatever Konami gives us we have to deal with it.

Gameplay is way improved, is playable now, WAY BETTER!!! than before. No more slow down near goal, players don't catch up to you all the sudden and shooting and passing is improved. Also, no more lagged formations.

Unfortunately, logos still take a minute to load up, but I can leave with that.

Agreed. Gameplay is now way way better. No more lags. But where is the defensive AI？The defenders would stand there idle whenever I score a goal at Superstar difficulty.

Shooting really improved. Goalkeepers and defenders are alive after the rebounds.
Manual Coursor is fixed during defending. Some stats improved like Balotelli and Oscar. New Faces I noted:

Well after the patch, I have noticed a marked shift in tactics from the computer. Playing against Bolton, they decided to put David Wheater upfront which was a bit of a nightmare for my not so tall Yeovil team and they went 4-1 up (none of the goals scored by Wheater, but his prescence was a nightmare for my centre backs) then totally altered their set up moving Wheater into defence and reverting to a back 5. Was great to see the AI actually doing things like this.
