It is hard the 360 dribbling (or w/e it is) does make it harder but on the WE demo where you have better reaction times and are able to turn in sharper more defined directions makes it easier. With Robinho its quite easy but with Pirlo good luck.

I think the AI is pretty good. Defensivley they are too good and in attack they really pose a threat. Like every time Messi gets the ball he constantly runs through my entire team leaving me to have to make a last ditch tackle. Same with robinho, kaka, di natle or w/e. Its like im playing...
